These seems great, they forgot to mention, however, that Komodo requires a paid subscription of $85 for 1 child/year or $12/month.
After down loading the only option I have is the login in my email and password: no option for new user! Tried three times. Not worth the trouble
Tried several times to even open Komodo but there isnt even a place to register a new user 🤔
Why do they want you personal email and it’s password??
Good intentions but kids will be bored after 1 day. Mine persisted and has been doing the exact same exercise for days. Ok for practicing but a little variety wouldn’t hurt with engaging a 7 year old… As if she didn’t think math was boring before, now she is even more convinced (and this is with the paid subscription)
If you have a child who is more gifted when it comes to math and you are hoping this will meet them where they are at it did not for my child. It was way below average for him and he became bored quickly.
Cant get in help
So with Komodo you before you download you must go on their website and create an account which i find misleading and there is no information on Komodo when you download it telling you to do so. Overall a pretty good app, has helped my son in 4th grade freshen up on things he forgot.

Our 7yo son is very bright but has a hard time with focus. This is a beautifully streamlined program. Not chaotic and busy like so many apps we had tried. It has wonderful levels. The best part was being able to write about our son’s learning style and needs and having a real life person review it and tailor the program for him for some additional time. So grateful and excited to keep using this program!! Highly recommend. Of note: this is NOT a babysitter app. We sit with our son while he works on it so he can ask questions.
My kids used Komodo for a few years and it helped prepare them for school and fill in the gaps when they were in school. You have to create a login via their website, which can be frustrating, but once that is done you are good to go.
Not sure why others are having trouble. I’ve had no issues with this app at all and have been very pleased! I love that you are working with a real math teacher to tailor things to each child. Highly recommend.
We’re still in the 14 day trial, but it looks good so far. Customer support has been helpful.
