Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LDM app issues:

Force Stop the LDM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LDM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LDM to the latest version on PlayStore

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LDM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LDM.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
