Could not deposit a check to my Cy fair Fcu account but was able to deposit it to other bank account. CyFairFCU does not work

Never shows all pending items. Things come and go. Might as well keep a check book at his pony

CyFairFCU is slow and it’s not caught up with real time.

Surprised to find the convenience of depositing a check via CyFairFCU is negated when a three day hold is automatically applied, no matter the amount.

Quite different than the verbiage of "Mobile deposits will typically post to your account by midnight of the second full business day." Also quite different than actually visiting the lobby or drive-thru and having instant access to the funds.

Also seems illegitimate when the deposit confirmation email is generated by opening my phone's e-mail client. Resulting in an e-mail to me & FROM me.

Pros: Transferring funds and verifying account balance on your mobile device.
Cons: I live nearby, so in my case, deposits are more convenient by visiting a branch, using ATM after hours, or even first class mail.

Works well but started showing bugs where it won’t work right, won’t let me access card management or open certain tabs on the more menu

I love being able to access everything...it's pretty stable in that regard. The picture my iPhone takes of checks looks great in color...then CyFairFCU calls Fred Flintstone and creates the worlds worst black and white picture! Then I have to take the picture 6-10 times before the system accepts it. Turn that off! Take the color picture and convert it on your end. CHECKS have anti-copy crap built into them...this screws with the b&w thing you're trying to do...it may be a regulation or something...but it's making me grumpy.

Otherwise, love CyFairFCU !

I also love that I can deposit a check without having to go to the CU. it saves me time and is super convenient. CyFairFCU works well. I have only had trouble with picture quality once, not a big deal. If you are contemplating CyFairFCU, choose it. It works fine.

CyFairFCU performs really well but I wish I could use my Face ID to unlock my app! It still supports touch ID but when I upgraded phones I lost that privilege 😔

CyFairFCU would be perfect if I could also add to my list of on-line checking payees. I always turn on the VPN first, before I run CyFairFCU since I live outside the USA. This is a great tool for managing my Cy-Fair account. Also, it has not crashed or media me feel that it might not been working. It just works!

CyFairFCU is very simple to use and has everything you need for your banking needs!

I love being able to deposit checks from my mobile phone instead of going to the credit union! It saves so much time!

This mobile app is easy to use and easy to understand. What more do you want in a app? I can also pay bills and move my money from my couch.

I love CyFairFCU! Cy-Fair Credit Union is a small financial institution so I wasn't sure if they would ever have an app. But boy did they do a great job on this one! Simple, easy to use, secure and free! I never check my account online anymore, CyFairFCU does it all!

The past couple of weeks I haven't been able to log in from CyFairFCU . It says "currently unavailable at the time". Very frustrating when I need to deposit a check.

I love the mobile deposit! This is a great feature and I love that I can deposit a check from anywhere. I also love that I can transfer funds easily right from my phone or iPad.

Was somewhat hesitant to use this service but just tried it. Super easy and makes not going to the credit union necessary to make a deposit. Will definitely use again

My first time to use CyFairFCU . Very convenient for those of us who have employers refusing to offer direct deposit. Getting CyFairFCU to accept the alignment of the front with the back of the check was tricky. Over all its great.

Good app, easy transfers, good for checking balance offers up to date info fast.

User friendly, it has access to all accounts that have been previously linked together. I can transfer money within minutes. Love this quick and easy app bravo!

I was so excited that I could now transfer between accounts, pay bills, and deposit checks from my phone. I don't have to go to a shared banking location in the network! I'm impressed that Cy Fair FCU is keeping up with major banking services!

Does exactly what it says! Easy access to all of my accounts and transactions.. Can do everything that needs to be done on my phone whenever I need to do it! Love CyFairFCU!
