Bill pay is flawed

Used to love this app until bill pay lost a payment. They take it out of your account and then you don’t know if the payee gets the payment or not. No way to track. Then they want you to pay 10 dollars to do a stop payment and refund your money since the check was never cashed. Unbelievable
I’m going to check out other banks on the area.

When I look at accounts, tell me when payment is due, amount. Make it easy for me to get info quick. Don’t want to spend lots of time, paying bills, the easier the better .
