How to fix PhotoCircle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PhotoCircle app on iPhone
Update PhotoCircle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PhotoCircle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PhotoCircle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PhotoCircle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PhotoCircle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PhotoCircle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PhotoCircle App
1. On android, goto Settings » PhotoCircle » click [Force Stop]

Update PhotoCircle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PhotoCircle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PhotoCircle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PhotoCircle.

Fix PhotoCircle unable to contact server/ PhotoCircle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PhotoCircle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PhotoCircle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PhotoCircle
