My SA app is not updating latest news. This has been going on a while, possibly since my subscription renewal. Reinstalled and signed out and again but still not working
Common dislikes about Scientific American app
- Recurrent problem over several iOS and different iPhones
- Have to delete the app every month for account to recognize subscription
- “Restore subscription” never works
- App arbitrarily and often removes all downloads regardless of available space
- Have to constantly re-login
- Difficult to manage or synch up subscriptions
- Have to re-authorize every thirty days
- Password lost again and cannot restore
