4.5 out of 5
Problem in the program

SpanishFlashcards is very very basic, it would probably be good except it locked me out after 5 minutes of use and want me to sign up to use it. I might have bought it but didn’t have time to really see what it was like.

Dead App

It appears SpanishFlashcards is no longer supported or usable. Can't register, log in, or contact developer. Too bad. It looks like it was a great app.

Subscription required

A few days in and SpanishFlashcards Ui forces you to get a subscription when nothing is said about that anywhere

Not User Friendly

SpanishFlashcards is not intuitive. Home does not even look like a home page. If you forget the name of SpanishFlashcards you will have to go elsewhere to find it. Study, listen, learn; is there a certain order. I cannot get started. Nothing seemingly works

Incorrect Words

Within 2 minutes of starting to use the flash cards, I found 2 Spanish words that were wrong. Seems like they are not double checking their work.

Okay

Word lists are not great. Some words are incorrect — a pretty serious flaw.

Not any easy way to report errors

There’s not an easy way to report incorrect translations (fingernail is “una” not clavo), nor bugs: the game option and quiz options, and other buttons are broken with the “create your own cards” section.

App crash

SpanishFlashcards continually crashes when I try to edit my own flash card sets- that’s with the paid version too.

Pretty good

Great for learning a lot of words quickly.

Not totally easy to see or keep track of which card sets you’ve already studied and doesn’t seem to track of quizzes you’ve taken or words you’ve struggled with to feed them back to you more frequently.

I’ve noticed that a lot of other vocabulary builders give you a few hundred words for free, then charge you for new sets of vocabulary. I will continue to use this one for a while at least because it is free. One day I may decide to actually pay money for one that is more sophisticated.

Website hamburger menu not working when login

Hamburger menu not working. I’d like to see my account information but the menu is no longer working

Keeps forcing close

SpanishFlashcards is everything I have been looking for to study Spanish vocabulary. I speak a lot of Spanish but I need to learn more vocabulary. This is an app I would definitely pay for. My main issue is that it keeps forcing close every few minutes on my iPad Pro. This very much inhibits my ability to use SpanishFlashcards for long. Please fix this so I can study more efficiently. Other then that it’s an amazing app. Thank you so much for this!

Didn’t know I would have to pay for it

SpanishFlashcards is pretty nice. It’s a great way to learn and study new vocabulary words. I like how it moves cards to different boxes based on whether you got them or forgot them.

I wish it would have been clearer that a subscription would be required after a certain amount of time. $3/month isn’t terrible, but I will be shopping around.

Also, hands free audio studying needs to be improved. It only says the Spanish word, then quickly moves on to the next Spanish word.

My other complaint is that it doesn’t always update the cards I’ve previously studied. Maybe an Internet connection is needed?

Great app!

Just what I needed to build my vocabulary. So easy to study in any free time. Very happy

Great app!

I really like SpanishFlashcards! The vocabulary flash cards are very helpful. This is a secondary app to another that I use as a primary to build Spanish vocabulary.

Amazing app!

Had this downloaded for a while but opened it today and just realized how amazing it is.

Very good

I think SpanishFlashcards is very good for a free app. The content provided are from others so not too bad that they did yhe selection. I like the fact that i can create flashcards on the website and study on my phone.

Easy to add more cards

It took a little while to figure out how to add cards, but now that I know how it’s been wonderful adding verbs, etc.

Great and helpful

This really is a really helpful and great app. You just have to know what your looking for its personally really helped me and I've made many of my friends download it also

Spanish Flash cards

Informational but it needs a speaker to pronounce the sounds. I have no idea if I am saying the Spanish words correctly.
