I did not receive my paper again today! Sometimes they will bring today's paper the next day. This is not acceptable with me. I would like to receive my paper on the right days!
I have cancelled my remaining annual subscription back on 12/10/21, told it would take effect on 12/11/21, and that I would get my refund by 12/23/21. I can give you the rep's name if you need it. In following up why I have not received my refund on 12/29/21, and again on 1/12/22, I am getting different info on expected refund date from again different reps. That is not acceptable nor professional! The last rep told me she could not transfer me to her supervisor because she was working from home. She then gave me an invalid number, 864-410-2980 to call and request agent supervisor. I am very frustrated with all the misinformation and excessive delays!! Pls get me my refund of $115.19 ASAP so we don't have to get others involved. My account # is GN0013737. Helen Carter

There is no way to cancel your subscription or remove credit card information in the app once you subscribe. Repeated attempts to cancel subscription with customer service have gone unresolved. And unrelated to the app they also charge $5 extra for special editions. I am still not sure what these are, but $5 can be added to the subscription price weekly doubling the subscription price. Buyer beware- the paper is good but lack of customer service and functionality in the app could force you to pay for the paper in perpetuity.

Every time I tried to read the Greenville News I was told I wasn’t a subscriber. I’d login ‘again’ and could read one article before being told to login or subscribe. Now, I’m trying to cancel my subscribe-line and you cannot cancel. I can sign up on-line, change my method of payment on-line, but can’t cancel. How foolish. I called the office to cancel and you can’t do that on Saturday because the office is closed. The app should allow subscribers to cancel a subscription as easy as you can open a subscription. Bad app and service. Don’t subscribe.

Added the app to my phone after renewing a subscription to the paper. Shortly thereafter, I began to receive notifications pertaining to breaking news. However, when I followed up and tried to read about these stories, the app indicated they were for subscribers only. Found the Already Subscriber/Restore Purchase link at the bottom of the app home page but it did nothing. At try the add for the print edition but this one isn’t any good.
