- The digital version of the magazine lacks the benefits of reading a magazine digitally, unlike Architectural Digest.

- The layout is sometimes not aligned properly with blank gaps at the top or bottom of the page.

- The magazine often seizes and freezes up, requiring the app to be deleted and reinstalled.

- Issues cannot be selected to delete from the device.

- The app shuts down every time it is opened after a short while.

- Emails to Conde Nast Support outlining problems are not answered.

To resolve House & Garden network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the House & Garden App
1. On android, goto Settings » House & Garden » click [Force Stop]

Clear House & Garden App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » House & Garden » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart House & Garden.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click House & Garden » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto House & Garden » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
