You need to update and work much more on your app

If you’re using this with a state side phone..? This is a completely worthless App. This is only good for local phones.

mystcKW was perfect before the latest update & free of bugs, unfortunately I updated mystcKW to the latest version and now I’m unable to login neither with my password or through OTB. Got the option to enable face recognition & unable to either enable or cancel. Loading time takes forever and I’m not even signed in yet. I wish there’s an option to roll back to previous “working” version.

Unfortunately I updated mystc app to the latest version. Its full of bugs 1- Not recognized my STC number and showing invalid stc number. 2- I'm not able to login with my corporate stc line... was working in the last version So disappointed ☹️

mystcKW is not working in my iPhone 6 I can’t understand why ???

1-Corporate accounts used to be able to login and manage the lines, doesn’t make sense to remove a feature without an alternative app!

2- quick pay doesn’t allow us to paste numbers! Worst UX

mystcKW is not working properly on my iphone X.
Every-time i try to log in it crashes.
And i cant access my account to recharge or to check my current balance.

Every update is worst that the previous one. You cant pay online.

mystcKW is absolutely pointless and did not help me with my issue whatsoever. All i wanted to do is check my data balance. If mystcKW cant even do that then im not even interested. Do not waste your time. Do not download mystcKW.

They have a really poor customer service

VIVA is the worst cellular provider of all time. Absolutely terrible. mystcKW is just an extension of the coverage and customer service. Do not use VIVA. You're better off getting two cans and a piece of string to communicate

The application is terrible terrible terrible. I tried to pay a bill and my bank account was deducted three times instead of one!
التطبيق فاشل فاشل و سيييئ بشكل مو طبيعي. كنت بس ابي اسدد فاتورتي و خصم من حسابي بالبنك ٣ مرات بدال المره الوحده.

Last update i cant see my usage

As I already registered in this application,and I want to login today mystcKW says that your mobile number or password is incorrect and I tried my best to solve this problem but it keeps say incorrect please do an update to solve this problem

cant see how much minutes or GB i have left
also couldn’t see how long i have till expiration

This update does not allow me to pay for my other numbers ,, fix this problem please

I like mystcKW design it is very simple and easy to use, as well mystcKW have full self care services that available on viva website.

Nicely done although there is still room for improvement. The first telecom service to have such great features and I'm quite happy with how mystcKW has been laid out.

I think there is something wrong with mystcKW (quick payment) , since the last update it doesn't work, the error says make sure you have a connection while the phone is already connected to the net!
