We were looking for a replacement to RingCentral that had a native integration for activecampaign. All the basic functionality you need away from the computer to quickly respond to contacts is here and the prompt for notes after every call is awesome because those notes sync to your integrated crm. The support is the best I have ever gotten from a phone company, by far. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to see what new features will release to help us use the phones more to grow our businesses. Great system!

Sometimes I’m able to use the functionality of the end button. Other times I have to force quit JustCall . Sometimes speaker phone functionality is grayed out. The notification accuracy is TERRIBLE. I’ll have a text or missed call and there’ll be no badge indication on iOS but once I open JustCall the badge appears with all these missed texts which realistically are sales. Literally the worst. this app, an app that functions as a phone should not be terribly difficult to do things that we’ve been doing since Nokia was around. Please update this garbage. And please release a safari extension. Cross platform please!

It’s a known bug that Just Call doesn’t show the routing (which phone number/business the client is calling about) which makes it very difficult from a customer service perspective. Also very buggy and drops a lot of calls. I’m on a brand new phone - I thought my old phone was the issue.

Horrible, while the mobile app is better than the desktop app, it still crashes all the time or my calls fail immediately after dialing. My everyday work is judged by my boss based upon how many calls I do per day, and this app doesn’t record many of the dials I make. So disappointing, this is the worst sales tool I have ever used

Wow, cool new logo! Same horrible app that has countless usability issues. Can’t see which text messages have not been read. You’d think voicemail would be somewhere under Messages, but neeeope. Far from a decent app. Text templates are whatever. Need auto-suggest in contacts search.

Our salespeople refuse to use this app.

Happy to do user testing with them if they ever reached out.

There’s been a bug for the last 6 months that causes an error when initiating calls from JustCall on iOS 12.1.4 (and prior version) iPhoneX. Calls will work if your connection is VOIP but not if connection is a call back.

Raised issue with support several times over the last couple of months without action.

App is unusable if you need initiate calls (with callback) from iPhone X.

JustCall does not send notifications about new sms messages. It also doesn’t work well with showing the most recent incoming texts when doing a large campaign. Lacks some needed upgrades.

I can not use JustCall. I can’t get past the log in. After I enter my email & pass word, JustCall states my info is incorrect but there’s no place to indicate I forgot the pass word (I don’t even remember selecting one. ) The info was never saved to my phone. It looks like it’s time to delete “this app” from my phone.

I can’t see the messages from my phone app, I need that to stay in contact with our clients and it’s awful that people are writing to me and I can’t see the trail of messages with them. Someone tried to help from Just Call but this is still an issue. This is a terrible service

I just downloaded JustCall today and when I open it, there is only a place to login and not sign up or create an account. I tried using the login that appears, but it states no account. There is not any other link to follow for anything else on that opening page

I constantly have issues with call quality or calls going through at all.

I made the mistake of investing my time in JustCall and it’s just horrible, it has many bugs and they refused to help you resolve it but they still charge you the full amount every month.

Guys you have got to put some higher priority on fixing some of the issues!!!
JustCall is so buggy on the iPhone 10s.
It does not ring when a call comes in. I have signed out and back in after updates also.

This is my main phone line. I know you can’t do anything about me not always have big service but I will get calls an my iPad Pro rings but not my iPhone.

On the other hand your web software is fantastic!!

Great App, the best integration for Pipedrive, but a want use it in slide over or split view on iPad while using CRM.
Please add this feature!

I like JustCall but you can only attach 1 single photo per text message.

Very buggy and drops a lot of calls. Had I known I would’ve never bought a number through them for my business

Functionality of this program is not it’s up to speed as much is I wish it was.

Meh. It works 50% of the time.

We’ve been using this app for nearly two years as our primary business phone system. In those two years, we consistently experience poor call quality regardless of the connection we’re on. Wifi or LTE doesn’t make a difference. It’s incredibly frustrating that our customers can’t hear us clearly, always having to repeat ourselves.
