- Headline print is extremely small

- Difficult to see who the columnists are without clicking on the story

- No heads up when the previous app was killed

- Confusing to maneuver with a lot of "white screen" and hunting and pecking to find relevant articles

- Not user-friendly and takes too much time to navigate

- Font size cannot be adjusted on the home page where the articles are listed

- Layout and presentation are not good

- BH now requires payment to see routine news

To resolve Boston Herald network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Boston Herald App
1. On android, goto Settings » Boston Herald » click [Force Stop]

Clear Boston Herald App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Boston Herald » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Boston Herald.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Boston Herald » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Boston Herald » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Boston Herald
