Complete buggy and broken platform. I get notifications that I have messages, then when I open Capture there’s nothing there. I have to force close Capture and start up several times, and then it’s just spam messages on a private business number

I can’t even delete a text message from history. Capture just hangs. Why am I forced to use this?

Won't open! Just shows black screen! That's all!

Only works occasionally. Chats and voicemails are delayed on receiving. Contacts did not transfer smoothly.

It is basically a phone. No ability to add a call. Font size is small and cannot adjust. Cannot change ring tone to distinguish from app or phone call.

Capture sold my data to Russia

I do not like this platform - super prehistoric and a requirement for me to have. I feel like I am messaging from technology from the Old Testament

Glitchy

Whenever I open my app to check a message it crash closes and I have to log in 2-3x before I can see my messages.

Capture must use the phone’s contacts and not their system. I want to keep personal and professional contacts separate without using the company directory.

I can’t believe my firm requires me to use this service. Calls drop frequently, we do not receive notifications when sms messages come through, and their web interface is generally unstable.

Capture is glitches, I’m regularly having to restart, the ONLY option for saving contacts is giving Capture access to ALLLL your personal contacts. This is terribly disappointing & Capture is essentially of no use to me because I will not give it access to all my contacts.

Capture provides an easy and user friendly way to comply with your record-keeping requirements.

It’s great that I can send messages and if there is a data issue, they are sent like a regular sms. I very much like that messages are encrypted unlike many other messaging apps out there.

I tried many similar app like, whatsapp, wechat, tango and many others, I found this one is best among all for business purpose. Thanks for making this and sharing this for free.

I enjoyed using Capture for my business. There is no match for Capture. I can easily keep track of my message.

More private than may other similar application. There is so much hard work put on to create Capture. Its really unique.
