I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with the Etihad Reward Card. Shortly after applying, my account was suspended without warning or explanation. To make matters worse, I was unable to redeem my hard-earned miles.
Despite reaching out to the support team, it's been two months and my account remains suspended. I've provided all the requested documents, but still, there's been no resolution or update on the status of my account.
The lack of communication and the prolonged suspension of my account have been frustrating and disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and a more efficient resolution process.
Very unprofessional
I don't even get a chance to login because it crashes Everytime when I open it. I've tried downloading it multiple times. RewardCard is unusable and no apparent way to use the reward card outside RewardCard so it's extremely frustrating
I'm unable to fully use RewardCard because their customer service and authentication process takes too long. Also, the login portion is incredibly slow. Disappointed.
Does not tell you upfront once you upload for how many days will the amount remain... also there is unload button but unclear if you will loose the money permanently or temporarily... very poor user experience

I just Updated with the new version that was updated in RewardCard Store 3 hours ago. As soon as I go to accept the Terms Feed, RewardCard closes. So much for That update!
I am trying to enter my details in profile page and clicking on save button but system is not saving my information and save button is in disable button and because of this I am not able to get my membership card to be ship to my mailing address and not able to save virtual membership card as well .
There is no way to check the rate for converting miles to cc credit.

Got the rewards Visa card after a long wait after applying. Actually I have to call and email the company for getting it approved. Then it was simple to spend the money. I didn't have much options other than amazon.in. Only online shopping is allowed with the card. But, it worked well like a normal credit or debit card. Overall happy with spending my miles, using this virtual Visa card.
