Will allow me to use daily free spin and claim my chips for the, day but will not allow me to play. Occasionally allows me, to play one round but then screen goes black and returns to home screen. Very frustrating,

My Bingo Bash will not load. Will go to smaller white screen with tiny Bingo Bash logo and that is it. Tried going to app and hitting OPEN but just kicks back to app.

To resolve Bingo Bash network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Bingo Bash not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bingo Bash App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bingo Bash » click [Force Stop]

Update Bingo Bash to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bingo Bash App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bingo Bash » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bingo Bash.

Fix Bingo Bash unable to contact server/ Bingo Bash internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bingo Bash » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bingo Bash » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
