I got knocked off the app yesterday. An email was posted that there was some problems with technical issues. Now I simply cannot get back on. I even sent for a password reset link (3X). I never get a response. Please send me a link as of now I have a $15 credit. Thanks! Jodi Hardy

This is an update to my original review. Apparently Mobee does not have the courtesy to respond to reviews. I have monitored this page since uploading this review and the only reply is silence. My inference is that Mobee is paid for the information we collect, yet keeps finding ways to cheat people out of the compensation they are owed. If you are looking to make extra cash from the gig economy, you definitely want to stay away from this app.
I was originally a fan of this app. Then, after completing enough missions for a $100 payout, I completed the steps to claim my reward and waited and waited and waited. After a few weeks I contacted their support. I received an email from their community support person which I interpreted as the delay being my fault. She resent the reward email, but neglected to clear up confusion over how long I had to redeem. When I discovered the problem, I contacted he again and her response was that there was nothing they could do. I tried contacting the prize vendor but that was a waste. Mobee’s “excuse” was that it is a reward, not compensation for work accomplished. That is the lamest BS I have ever heard. Bottom line: wasting your time doing tasks for this app is definitely not worth it.

You can’t accept a “mission” unless you are at the location, which is very inconvenient and I’ll explain why. I saw a mission right down the street from my house so I decided to give it a try and see how it works. Drove 3 minutes to the location and when I went to accept the mission, it was gone. Frustrated, but wasn’t ready to give up. I saw another mission 12 minutes away and decided to give it another try. Drove as fast as I could all the way to the other location and as I was pulling in, it disappeared. Now, extremely frustrated, I was done. I just wasted my time and gas. Drove all the way home and as I was around the corner from my house, the first mission popped back up. I thought, why not, let’s try one more time. Pulled in and tried to accept the mission. I got an error message and it kept telling me to try again. I sat there for a while retrying and retrying. Tried to restart the app and guess what, the mission was gone. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised. It’s impossible to make any more with this app. I wasted 45 mins of my time and gas driving around for a possible $2.50. Deleting this app and never looking back. Such garbage.

I have accomplished many missions for months and accumulated almost a hundred dollars but these days the app went wrong. The missions appeared and when I reached the destination they disappeared. It was the same pattern for a few days. On Monday. I emailed the support team and followed her steps to recover the app but does not work. I followed her last step and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. It is so frustrating that it could not connect with my Facebook again and keep saying I put the wrong password. I emailed the support team many times for 3 days asking for resetting the password but they never replied. So sad when I could not open my Mobee account again. So sad when I have wasted a lot of time doing these missions and many of them were only $1.5 . So sad when you reached the destination and found out that the mission was taken by others since the missions cannot be reserved. So sad when you have spent over an hour to complete a mission of $8 and they rejected it because they replied it was a bug. It is just a WASTE Of TIME here.
