I have a problem with abcNotes

- Some backgrounds are not related to the heading

- Check list icon cannot be disabled once enabled and appears as a letter while editing

I accidentally deleted a note. How do I retrieve it?

To resolve abcNotes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the abcNotes App
1. On android, goto Settings » abcNotes » click [Force Stop]

Clear abcNotes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » abcNotes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart abcNotes.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click abcNotes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto abcNotes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch abcNotes
