Force Stop the RE/MAX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RE/MAX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RE/MAX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RE/MAX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RE/MAX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RE/MAX.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RE/MAX » "Force Stop".

Again, got RE/MAX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
