Такое Убожество, а не сервис. Составляли резюме с профессиональным HR’ом, обсудили все тонкости и нюансы поиска работы по специальности (я - программист).
И вот, уже больше месяца ОДНИ отказы. Резюме без воды, с проектами, с опытом. Что я вижу? Отказы (в вакансиях, где б@₽ть ДАЖЕ ОПЫТ НЕ НУЖЕН) и конечно же «культура поиска работы», где ты должен ПОГРУЗИТЬСЯ в специфику мелких конторок и НА КАЖДЫЙ отклик оставлять особенное сопроводительное письмо, иначе «что Вы - ОТКАЗ». HR настолько обленились, что даже как они это называют «пустые отклики» не смотрят, я просто В ШОКЕ. HH, раньше такого не было. Сейчас, прошу, введите эйчарам компаний обязательные приглашения на вакансии, иначе нормальным и компетентным сотрудникам не найти там работу.
И Я ВЫНУЖДЕН был уйти на зарубежный (Европейская компания) рынок. Так что делайте выводы, сервис теперь ужасен, HR обленились и обнаглели в край, а кадровый голод в нашей стране никуда не денется такими темпами.
