Whoever they hired to “update” hvv should look for a new career far away from computers.. Force closes and arguably the slowest app in existence, to the point of it being unusable.

App worked fine but they decided to “fix” something that wasn’t broken. Now the suggested trips are convoluted, the easy buying option doesn’t work anymore (I keep getting a notice that a ticket has been (!!) removed from my shopping cart and because of that I can’t buy a ticket - yeah I’m scratching my head too) and the whole user interface is unnecessarily bright and flashy as if the target audience is only teenagers…

I’m not from here so it was tough to figure out how to get around. hvv was very helpful to get me where I needed to be. As I learned more route’s and different buses I realized that sometimes the bus would take me the long way there. Like the first couple of months I took the 186 to get to Elbe mall then I notice the 21 go the same place a little faster also. It’s just the 21 don’t pick me up near my home.

Really useful and impressive. It would be great if the directions would work in offline too. I was traveling and had to have my iPhone on airplane mode so couldn't connect to network. Offline directions would be great.
