Since the update 9292travelplannereticket has become so horrible. It’s quite unclear what the options are to travel. Even the instructions while traveling are unclear. And 9292travelplannereticket doesn’t keep easy track of the locations you’ve typed, and because of this you have to keep retyping it every time you enter 9292travelplannereticket . I am deeply disappointed each time I use 9292travelplannereticket now.

I absolutely love 9292travelplannereticket, when it works. I depend on it, I use it multiple time every day. BUT about 3 months ago it got really inconsistent. Over half of the times I try to plan a trip I get an error message. It's such a bummer as it is (was) the most useful app I own...
That's why I'm giving it only 1 star - if it worked like it is supposed to I would give it 5 stars.

9292travelplannereticket is useless for foreigners... very disappointing.... if I could give a 0 star I will...

I found a Settings that lets me select English as the language. However, 9292travelplannereticket has one or two pages of English, but when it comes to directions, icons, and alerts, none of it is in English. I found it completely useless.

The buses always come late
They never come when te app says

Why the ads? 9292travelplannereticket should be supported by the transport companies.

Either way, do the designers really believe that these ads should take up 50% of the screen?

Usually a great app, but for some reason any request costs over a 100 euros per ride. Really strange bug , and should be fixed immediately.

It would be nice if 9292travelplannereticket had an English version. I had to delete it because I do not know Dutch. That is all right, I can still go to the 9292 website's English version.

There is no option to change the language !!

I've been using 9292travelplannereticket for many years, but the new (loud) video ads are a total pain in the behind. I'm going to be using a different public transport app instead.

To change the language to English click on the screw in the top left corner for settings- then under "Algemene instellingen" click "Taal" and choose Engels instead of nederlands. Next double tap the home button on your iPhone (you should see a list of running apps appear on the bottom), click and hold your finger over the 9292 app until a red icon appears over the top left corner. Click this icon to turn 9292travelplannereticket off. Now once you click and open 9292travelplannereticket again it will be in English!

Then when you go back to language settings you'll see a sign say (please note, the language won't change until you restart 9292travelplannereticket . You will need to end the process entirely (make sure it's not running in the background!).)

And you'll wonder why this message only appears in one language!

I have only given 9292travelplannereticket 3 stars because I haven't had time to use it yet and wanted to post a review to help all those having trouble changing the language to English.

Actually, 9292travelplannereticket does provide an English option. Tap the gear icon in the upper left, then tap "taal," then "Engels." Then tap "klaar" in the upper right. Then quit 9292travelplannereticket . When you restart 9292travelplannereticket it will be in English.

Just look at the upper left hand corner of the the first page when you open 9292travelplannereticket and you will see an setting menu. Tap on it and tap on " Taal". It's that easy God 😑

Incredibly helpful for getting from Point A to Point B around Amsterdam on the tram!

Please add option to save all search results for one day into my 9292 for those of us who plan loosely. Thx
