I have noticed that two payments of $20.00 each were taken from my account, and believe it happened last month as well. This isn`t my plan, only $20.00 a month. I`m bothered by this, so therefore I am going to cancel my monthly donation. Thank you, Sharyn Winters

my husband is blind and wanted to donate and download the app. I used my phone to do this instead of his. They will not download to his phone. In the process od trying to o fix this issue somehow I donated 3 times when I only wanted to donate once.

My ACLJ app or my iPhone 12 plus often will not allow me to listen (no sound emits while the animated wave continues to display) to the radio broadcast live. I have tried many workarounds but none seem to prevent the loss of audio.

How to fix ACLJ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ACLJ app on iPhone
Update ACLJ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ACLJ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ACLJ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ACLJ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ACLJ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ACLJ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ACLJ App
1. On android, goto Settings » ACLJ » click [Force Stop]

Update ACLJ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ACLJ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ACLJ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ACLJ.

Fix ACLJ unable to contact server/ ACLJ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ACLJ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ACLJ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ACLJ
