Bugs and Bubbles Reviews

Dropped this in the kid's ipad and let her play with it but it is not simple enough to understand what needs to be done on each event that it can be enjoyed without adult supervision. In fact, i could not figure out some things on my own.
A quick splash page at each new event would be appreciated to clear things up because BugsandBubbles moves awfully quickly.

Wish I could figure out how to turn the music off without losing the voice prompts but so far I cannot find a way to control BugsandBubbles itself. The music is SO dreary...like a horror show or something. Should be replaced with more cheerful kid-friendly tunes. Besides that the graphics are good and the games seem to be fun and relevant. Anyone care to give me a hint about how to control the mystic?

My son who is 3 loves BugsandBubbles. I as his parent love that he loves BugsandBubbles. The amount of learning a child can do with bugs and bubbles is wonderful. This is the only app review I've written since I've been downloading apps 1 year ago. I had to write one to let all the parents out there know how great BugsandBubbles is.

What I like most about BugsandBubbles is that there are a variety of games to choose from within BugsandBubbles that cover math and literacy skills such as patterns, sorting, counting, shapes, matching letters, visual discrimination, plus many more!

This is an awesome game, I have five grandkids that just love playing it. The oldest one is 7 and the youngest is 2. With the new updates the game is no longer available. My two-year-old granddaughter is the one that really misses it, so PLEASE, PLEASE WITH SUGAR ON TOP upgrade your game to the new iOS. My grandkids would be so excited, thanks ❤️

As an educator BugsandBubbles has offered young students important skill practice in a fun and exciting format. I am disappointed that it is no longer available for them. I have not found any other app that offered the same engagement and individualized progression.

If you have not purchased these yet, and you want to see a child happy and learning, do yourself a favor, get every one of these in the series,
I want to see every child start their learning with these apps!

Along with bugs and buttons both of my kids really enjoy BugsandBubbles as well. My 4 year old just adores the bubbles and I love the fact that she is getting in her fine motor skills and learning handwriting in a fun way. The graphic are so engaging that they do not even realize that it is a learning application!

I love how the game adapts the difficulty to keep my 3yo challenged but still engaged. He enjoys the game and I love watching him play and seeing how much he understands. The music is interesting and changes enough to avoid being annoying. The variety of different episodes is also part of what keeps it interesting.

i had BugsandBubbles when i was a kid and recently found it again. it was definitely a favorite and still can be entertaining when you’re in high school

Hello your game and how you made it is the 4th best game in my hole life!

My kids have LOVED the whole family of Bugs and Buttons apps for years! I’ve loved them, too—the visually stunning graphics, the problem solving and imaginative puzzles, and the lack of ads. Please, please update your apps for IOS 11! My kids ask me regularly why the games won’t work anymore.

After reading some of the reviews that did not give BugsandBubbles 4-5 stars, I was laughing. The music is great. If you don't like the music mute it. The games ARE very educational. They teach patterns, colors, numbers, directions, sorting and much much more. Don't let a few nit picky reviewers steer you away from getting BugsandBubbles. Both of my kids ( 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 years old) love BugsandBubbles.

We are thrilled these apps are now being upgraded and maintained again. They are amazing learning apps and they have provided countless (literally) hours of fun and teaching moments. We use them heavily when we travel with the kids - it’s screen time we feel better about vs. TV shows or movies.

What a fantastic app. The creators have really hit the mark with this one. It is engaging for a wide range of children. My grandson who is 4 loves it. i am in the field of education and I use it as a reward tool for a 6 year boy living with Autism. He loves it and works all day to earn it. BugsandBubbles is challenging and fun. The laughs and squeals I hear from these boys as they conquer levels is so fantastic to see. Don't pass up BugsandBubbles. It's a must have.

This is one of the best educational apps that I have found. It can be difficult to pay for an app without really knowing what you are going to get...this one is worth every bit of it's 2.99 and more. There are almost 20 activities for about any age level. The graphics are engaging. The sound effects are funny and don't make my 3 year old feel bad if he makes a mistake. I was thrilled with app the minute he ENJOYED to trace letters. Following the path of the fly on the foggy window and the realistic squeaky noise makes him laugh and what to do more. AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for making learning feel like a game and creating a app that is actually educational.

Save some space on your mobile devices - get BugsandBubbles (and it's siblings) and you'll have a total of over 50 different Pre-K and kindergarten games that are truly beautiful! Each app allows for different profiles and has a nice reset button in the general settings (the switch is NOT inside BugsandBubbles , but in the General settings of the device). Each time the game comes on - the artistic opening and beautiful music draw my kids in like flies…. Since each child has her own profile (easily selected anytime from BugsandBubbles 's main menu screen, or can be set to the last user if only one person uses it most of the time), I know BugsandBubbles is customized so that my girls get a unique and competency-based experience that adapts perfectly with their abilities -- and it is easy to switch to the other child when one child's turn is over.

As an educator, I really enjoy the thought process that went into making BugsandBubbles so relevant as a teaching tool, and as a parent I love that this game is so much fun that my kids want to play it! Games included in BugsandBubbles teach shapes, counting, math, letter formation, size differentiation, patterns, colors, and on and on even including some basic physics with the game Shape Stacker (which is one of my 6 yr old son's favorite games). The graphics are amazing, as they were with Bugs and Buttons, and the music is whimsical and fun without being annoying. Game play has been really smooth and fun enough that kids don't even realize that it's educational. And for those who loved Roach Racing, it's back with even more bugs to race!
Such a great app that is consistent with the quality that was delivered with Bugs and Buttons! Keep up the great work! I look forward to their next app!

BugsandBubbles is genius! I am a teacher of the blind and visually impaired with many colleagues who are Occupational Therapists and Special Education Service Providers. We love both "Bugs and Buttons" and "Bugs and Bubbles". When students ask to "play" your games as a reward after working, that says something especially when the activities focus on critical skills we as service providers are trying to build. I love the fact that I can have a kindergarten student play the same game as a high school student, and their same age peers still think it is "cool". I love being able to have students log in to their user with Bugs and Bubbles to see their own best scores. I would love to see a hidden "lock" feature that would not let students exit out of BugsandBubbles without knowing the secret. For example: needing to touch all four corners of the screen at the same time. Students with small hands would not be able to exit on their own. Please do not see this a any type of a criticism. I would love to see this type of lock on any app designed for kids.

Bugs and buttons and now bugs and bubbles are by far the best kids apps I've found. Don't hesitate because it costs money. Well worth the price. Great graphics and music that is not annoying. Lots of fun with educational elements.
