BubblesFriends just makes learning fun! Happy kids!

Photos don't work. Cannot scroll photos and then BubblesFriends just does and have to restart. Statement feature is dead, where are my payment and invoice information? The menu at the bottom is totally confusing and can't figure out how to get from the first 3 symbols to the other 3 symbols. Guys come on.

Will not let me register. No app support. This is such a let down since the learning experience uses BubblesFriends for many things and I can’t login or register.

I’ve had problems with BubblesFriends ever since our daycare made us switch to it. I wish we could go back. BubblesFriends gave me (and the center) so many problems because it wouldn’t even load the child tracking tab - the whole point of BubblesFriends for a parent. Now, despite push notifications being on everywhere (in BubblesFriends and on my phone settings), I get no notifications so it’s pointless. The whole reason I send my kid to this daycare is for the updates throughout the day. I’ve also tried sending in support tickets and have heard nothing.

Update: I got notification to work from uninstalling and reinstalling BubblesFriends , but still heard nothing from support.

BubblesFriends is bloated with nonsense, not useful for a parent. It should be separated for children and parents. Also, the limited functionality of the parental side is basically rendered useless by the fact that it never updates, or is inaccurate with time. Plus, you can’t even communicate with the center via BubblesFriends like Procare offers. It took the center a couple days to even connect us due to both technical issues and minor information missing. Finally, skipping the intro every time I open this god-forsaken app is a curse. The developers did not understand the end users needs. As for the rest of BubblesFriends , my daughter is 9months old; it’s useless.

BubblesFriends is fine - let’s TLE and I communicate about my child. There are some glitches that I would like to let the developer know. For example, it looks like I could choose which category I would like to be notified about (event, announcements, pictures) but it’s working like an on/off button instead. I think if you add a feedback button, some people may stop giving the feedback as a review?

There are awesome learning games on BubblesFriends that reinforce what my preschooler is taught and it also allows me to keep track of what happens in her days. I love this, the only improvement I would suggest is quicker refresh. There are times my child’s teacher uploads meals and pictures throughout the day only for me to see them later in the evening.

Would be great great if it has a button to reply or remind teacher something as pick up and drop off baby is really quick and busy to leave. No time to remind teacher something.
And too many teachers don't know which one to Remind too.

BubblesFriends is way better now!!!! The notifications work unlike the last app. Just the check in and check out time is not reflecting correctly! Definitely love the new and improved app!

I can keep a eye on my child and how they engage in the classroom. Very useful app!
The messaging is faulty, I sent a instant message to the center in the chat and got no response. Seems as if no one read the message.
Over all great app!

All the info I want with an intuitive interface. The apps has been a wonderful complement to our outstanding childcare experience.

As most people stated:
remove unnecessary intro animation - takes time to load and glitches when you’re not a strong Wi-Fi;
fix selected by a parent notifications and supplies request to pop up during the day as in the old app - now only pics pop up;
fix ability to select more than 1 pic at a time as in old app;
Overall overly designed and clunky. Tbh I preferred the old app.

Why are push notifications still broken? The only time I get them on BubblesFriends are when a picture is uploaded. Which I guess is considered better since the last app didn’t work at all but I’d like to get push notifications especially since I don’t look at BubblesFriends after I get my kid so I wouldn’t know if there were closures, delays or supply requests.

BubblesFriends doesn’t work most of the time. My kid has been at daycare all day, it’s almost time to pick her up but BubblesFriends doesn’t even show her checked in. No activity log. I’ll probably get it after I pick her up. This happens quite often, it shows the day’s activities when the day is over. Push notifications are still not working, only when a picture is approved and posted.

Every time you open BubblesFriends you have to watch a ~7 second splash screen or click “skip”

UI is very clunky and makes viewing the information I want to see as a parent more difficult than it needs to be.

Good improvement to photos and absences

Just getting started with BubblesFriends . So far it’s user friendly. Haven’t figured out all the features yet, but haven’t had any issues either.

Notifications no longer work on the updated iOS, in trying to report the defect I was unable to find any proper channel to provide the critical feedback. Additionally, times and updates are often off the in BubblesFriends . While this may seem inconsequential it’s concerning given that these updates and notifications are critical when it comes to the safety of a daycare attendee and his/her daily routine.

BubblesFriends is very user friendly and I love the picture feature as I can see my son while he is at the school.

Useless features. Annoying animation when all I want to do is check in on my kid. Now I can’t even log in or change my password, and this is after they sent an email saying they fixed the password glitch. We pay so much for daycare, let me just have an app to check on my kid and not have to wade through all the weird animations and games.

Better than the last app, I like the photos no longer have the TLE logo added. Pleaaase get rid of the introductory screen with the animated town. I get we just have to hit the skip button, but it’s an inefficiency for busy parents who just want to check in.

I have been following this brand for a long time and am always impressed by the content they create!

App always show few hours late after checkin/out time . i was told that it has to input /update manually by staff .

The multi-select photos worked in the last TLE app. In BubblesFriends you have to figure out you gota hold down on a photo but even then it doesnt work half the time. All i want to do is select the last bunch of photos i dont have on my phone.

BubblesFriends is fine for getting info about my child's day but the notification configuration doesn't work. You can turn on notifications and then apparently select which ones to receive or not. I've tried every possible combination, and regardless of the setting it pushes all notifications. I only need urgent announcements or chat, but to get them, I also get flooded with all of the pictures, snack updates, etc.

I’m pleased The Learning Experience (TLE) has added this software for parents! Our son gets to watch his favorite TLE characters on videos and play fun games we me. I get to see photo updates on his daily activities, nap times, what he eats, etc. Bubble and Friends is an easy to use app!

I’ve had BubblesFriends since our daycare switched to this and it’s horrible. It crashes so often if you try to look at old photos just from the last week or past events (diaper changes, feedings, etc) the daycare inputs into BubblesFriends . It’s horrible!

When I go into BubblesFriends , I have to skip this introduction every time. It takes a second, but I would like a simpler way to quickly see how my kid is doing at daycare.

I wish our daycare stayed with the previous app.

Maybe it’s because I am use to my kids first daycare centers app, but a few changes I would think would be helpful for many families and not myself is a slight change to the nap notification. I wish the End Nap-Wake up notification displayed how long the child’s nap was. Instead of having to scroll to find the time the nap started. Another feature I liked on other app was a notification of when a child was Checked-In and Checked-Out. This was useful for when I had relatives drop off and pick up, to make sure everything went smooth and they were on time, especially for pick up and they didn’t forget or lose track of time.

A few changes that I would love to see, if possible at all.

BubblesFriends is so bloated. The animation that place when BubblesFriends loads is ver annoying. You can skip it but it’s still really annoying. It’s nice to have games and videos. However, I only want to see the notifications of my child’s day.

My phone and watch only vibrate when I receive a photo notification or if there is some announcement. I have to check my phone every once in awhile to see updates. My husband never gets any notifications. All push notification settings are set correctly on both phones. Right now, BubblesFriends doesn’t even load the timeline but I am getting notifications after I updated. It also doesn’t help that BubblesFriends support never gets back to you.

Fix your app.

I love the communication on BubblesFriends ! There are so manny features for the children and the parents … Being able to see what my baby is doing while I’m daycare give such a great feeling . I LOVE SO MUCH !

This is great for seeing what you child is up to at their TLE center each day. I would say that overall BubblesFriends still feels a bit unpolished with some taps not registering or taking a while to respond/react. The games part is still a bit buggy at times too. In my opinion, the positives of BubblesFriends far outweigh a few bugs here and there. I guess it does depend on what your teachers are uploading, but my experience with BubblesFriends has been quite nice so far.

I actually love this, Daycare Center it’s been amazing being able to use BubblesFriends and actually see my daughter know when she eats if she completes her meals when she takes a nap when she wakes up so it’s just amazing I think them so much for this.

This is the most unreliable app I have ever used. And this is such critical app for parents to track their child’s activities, so not sure why Learning Exp team don’t pay enough attention. May be they don’t care! We used to send our child to kindercare and their app is million times better than this one. I don’t get to view my child’s activities on time, can’t send message to teachers/center, too many bugs and on top of it so confusing to sign up even for someone who is working on tech for almost two decades. It also lacks features of adding/updating info, payment account. Why do I have to open a site in browser and login to do many critical updates at this modern tech age?? Plz make those features available within BubblesFriends .

As a grandmother my grandson’s teachers have been very supportive and helpful with his learning process. He has been attending since they first opened their doors.
I really like that they have family activities to get to know their family. Keep up the good work.

TLE Hillsborough is a great school with a great staff!! They are very accommodating and go out of their way to answer all of your questions and concerns will courtesy and professionalism always. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an educational environment to have your young children attend.

However, the system takes awhile to update. I get updates 1-3 hours after an action item from my daughter’s class has been entered.

I enjoy the updates. It helps to know if your little one is having a good day. The pictures help in knowing how well they participated in the days activity, which gives a warning if they are not feeling well.

BubblesFriends has been a lifesaver for staying connected with my daughter at The Learning Experience (TLE). I receive regular updates and get to see pictures of her activities at the center every hour. It's beyond my expectations! Thank you!✨✨✨

Thank you to The Learning Center for sharing Bubbles & Friends. I am a long distance Grandmother and I am SO Thankful to be kept “in the loop” with my Grandson in this way. I can’t even tell you what an important part of my day this is. It helps me “stay in touch” with his experiences and progress. I don’t know what I’d do without it. Thank You So Much !

If you were looking to get updates on time about your child this is definitely not BubblesFriends to use. I find myself constantly refreshing the feed to see if she ate, if she had a diaper change, or any update.
It seems that they have it set up where they push the notifications manually at certain times and not live. Sometimes photos disappear from the feed and appear again. It doesn’t give details on how much time of sleep they got, you have to scroll down and do the math. I can’t see how much milk she’s having. I can’t send messages to let the teacher know about early pickups or late drop offs or simply to check on her if I know she’s not feeling great. I used to use procare and it was outstanding, I really miss it.

Great app. I mostly use it to check the photos and updates on what my kid is doing throughout the day. Would love the ability to send notes to the teacher, eg “we’ll be picking [child] up early today”

All in all though, good app.

BubblesFriends does well as simple documentation and photo uploads. Where it lacks is better communication (for example: opportunities for teacher and parent to comment to each other, posts being able to elaborate more on details, ability to post requests from teacher or parents to communicate with each other, and direct connection/call to the TLE branch managers.)

We love BubblesFriends ! It does not only show us every little thing our daughter does but we are able to receive pictures of her daily progress. The activities she’s doing throughout the day and parent’s newsletters. BubblesFriends also serves as an educational tool for the kiddos. It has videos, games and some arts and crafts projects that can be done when they’re not in school.

TLE in Cedar Park has been in our lives for almost 4 years now. The management is always available for any questions. The staff is so good with the kids. And you can tell all the kids love it here. Kids are kept busy with learning and play. The other parents are always friendly as well. People know people’s names here. We are happy to be part of the Cedar Park TLE community. This is a great app by the Learning Experience center. I am able to receive updates on what my child is doing through out the day as will as important events that occur, and am able to text the teach and get real time responses to my questions. For any parent going to this center it is a must have.

Love BubblesFriends and all the updates throughout the day. My only wish is that the pictures uploaded in a timely manner. Sometimes it can take up to 12hours for a photo to show.
Other times it only takes an hour or so, but the rest of the updates all appear within the timeframe they are posted.

Amazing school, wonderful family oriented environment . All staff is amazing an everyone is a reflection of what greatness comes this establishment .My 2 year old has grown ,learn and showed his personality with them more than he's ever have . I'm so grateful for the team at The learning experience for everything .

Just wanted to add that the front team at the plainview location is absolutely phenomenal. From Marie to Dana to Shianne. These three woman are friendly and personable. Marie heard my situation and guided me through from A-Z practically holding my hand the entire way. Ms. Alison, one of my sons teachers is very sweet. My sons smiles every time he sees her. All in all the learning experience plainview is the best experience thus far.

Dropped my daughter off for the first time today. Reluctantly!!! My app doesn’t have the tab for show and tell so I can’t get any reassurance from it. We’ve tried changing the email, signing out, and deleting BubblesFriends . Nothing works and I’m having trouble getting updates from the staff. I’ve been upset all day and had hoped BubblesFriends would help. I hope they get it fixed bc I’m ready to drop her from the program and talk to my employer about me working from home with her.

This is such a great app to share what my baby is doing during the day. I love all the pictures that we get and up to date Information. It also has so many different activities that I can do with my baby at home to keep the same learning going! Is great to all be on the same page!

The experience of being able to see my grandchildren’s day to day activities is awesome. I love that we as parents can share their experiences and how they are learning each day. The teachers are always pleasant and welcoming when I pick them up. It is amazing.

The daily updates on BubblesFriends do rely on childrens’ teachers using it consistently, which I’ve been fortunate to experience. Other than that, it functions as a convenient place for all necessary information. Overall, Bubbles & Friends has been fun, helpful, and easy to use.

TLE Potomac is very clean and well kept. The staff is great as well. The curriculum is very well organized and designed to teach your kids the basics such as sign language, colors and shapes. The daily picture upload so we can see our toddler is also the best part of the day. We get to see him interact with other kids and learn something new every day.

I love BubblesFriends ! Definitely one of the reasons i choose this preschool. It gives a piece of mind while im at work and i get updates on my little.

I do wish it was more consistent. Sometimes the notifications are few and sometimes no pictures or i get everything later in the day. I’m sure it’s difficult but at the same time its a selling point when choosing schools so i do feel like that can improve just a bit.
