Why does a bank need location access even when SantanderSuperMóvil is not in use. And we can’t use SantanderSuperMóvil without turning the location access on 24 hrs. Need to respect the privacy of users.
The application requires that you have to have a super token to use it but the only way to create a super token is to use SantanderSuperMóvil itself. SantanderSuperMóvil is completely useless without a super token and there’s no way to create one.
You make this very difficult for someone to enter and enjoy going in your app !!! It’s very stupid if you ask me ! I’ve been trying to get this set up for the past hour and it’s made me very frustrated!! Revise your app
I can understand we can’t ask to have the service in English at the branch because we are in Mexico, but I think it will be beneficial for both parties to have the option to be able to use the English language in your application like most international banks.
They should take care of their services. Almost 100% of the times Face ID doesn’t work. I have been using it for almost a year and this is a big issue. Oooh, some Mexican institutions seem to be ruled by people with limited vision about customer service.

App crashes while using it. Face ID doesn’t work. Functionality and design are not as good as other banks.
I have multiple bang accounts unfortunately Santander has one of the nicest looking for smartphone without able to get a n account statement and details for payments, but even worse is the scotiaweb page, obsolete with a lot of useless an unneeded clicks, and popups, old stuff, that has problems in iPad, and modern browsers, and when using vintage browser it has popups of advertisement that can’t be dismissed blocking the functionality that I was looking to get a bank statement, then it force to wait as it believes that a session is already open having to wait to attempt to retry. Awful.
App blocked services due to version mismatch on their end. Sometimes app closes for random reasons until I restart the phone.
Developers; Don’t use tmp folders 🤷🏻♂️
Interface is hard to understand
I like Santander bank and the service they offer but I think they need an english speaking service more readily available
Reasonably good. A bit labyrinthine. Needs work plus a solid preflight and beta test.
For some unknown reason my Token was cancelled. But following instructions of the Bank on my cellular I was able to get a new one in a matter of minutes

This is a very crisp and easy to use Bank app, all the menus are very intuitive to browse and the best part it’s the strong security that they offer.
Needs an English language option. Then it gets 5 stars!
