I can understand we can’t ask to have the service in English at the branch because we are in Mexico, but I think it will be beneficial for both parties to have the option to be able to use the English language in your application like most international banks.

Why does a bank need location access even when the app is not in use. And we can’t use the app without turning the location access on 24 hrs. Need to respect the privacy of users.
