I have found no way to get a hold of anyone from this company. I inadvertently purchased RoomPlanPlanning twice and discovered there was no way to undo it. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to drop the whole purchase. The product may be good, but with no tutorial that I could find, and no one to reach out to for assistance, makes me suspicious and uncomfortable toward the whole company . I did receive some Emails about the purchase and attempted contact, but no one has responded.
RoomPlanPlanning worked great the first week but afterwards it simply wouldn't load. I would try and open it and it would just say "init application" and attempt to open unsuccessfully. Not only a waste of money but potentially harmful to business and reservations. I could not find a way to contact the developer to try and fix the glitch, but I felt it might be thoughtful to warn others before the wound up in the same predicament I am.
We recently purchased a 6-unit B&B. We have used RoomPlanPlanning for two months now, and couldn't be happier. All of our employees have access to bookings and information directly on their phones, and I can even email confirmations directly from my phone when taking a booking. I also had the initializing problem, but emailed the developer at the address listed on their website, and they answered within minutes and fixed the issue. Our business would not be the same without RoomPlanPlanning.
This what I have been looking for. It is easy to use, once configured for your exact needs. Recommend for any bed and breakfast. Provides an excellent at a glance view of availability with details at a tap-tap. Cloud download backup, in case something happens to your device. There will probably be additional costs in the future forgot loads to the cloud.
