Not sure if this is an issue with IndianapolisColts or my phone however looking at other posts, its IndianapolisColts . I cannot view any articles posted on IndianapolisColts . Its got the header and/or footer on the page but no article loads. I have deleted and reloaded IndianapolisColts over 20 times over the past year and a half and only once did it fix the issue for one article but then clicking on another article it was back to being blank. I have been Colts fan since birth and since I joined the Navy when they left Baltimore i have remained a fan. So this is so frustrating to not have the access to view status updates. Please get this fixed!!

One star only because I live in Akron, OH and this is my only way to listen to the Colts games. I’ve tried the regular station app as well and for some reason or another, the audio just will not come through. You click live to get live audio and just silence. It’s beyond irritating when you’re trying to cheer on your team from a few hundred miles away and you can’t. Also, the play by play screen can use some upgrades, not the best to look at when trying to follow the game since the audio won’t work.

Doesn’t work with latest IOS version. Thought it was my old phone but now we have new XR’s it won’t work on them either nor our iPad. Crashes 95% of the time. Can’t input game codes at games because it crashes. Can’t read articles because it crashes. App is useless to us at this point. Colts improved the team now time to improve IndianapolisColts developers.

When I touch "tap to watch live" I get a message stating that I must enable location services for IndianapolisColts . IndianapolisColts does not have location services as an option and it is not in the list of apps that can use location services.
Tapping on "support" results in a "page not found" error.

Just a poorly designed web app that links to external resources in IndianapolisColts container. Now I have to use IndianapolisColts to get my tickets as print from home are no longer available. Mainly so Colts can get more in the middle and make $$$ off of resale. Because at $320 a ticket for my seat they aren’t making enough. And also, you’re the NFL, make a better app. Can’t wait for seat contract to be up so I can be done.

Just as stated above, linking to Facebook and logged in to Loyalty app. Even waited hours and days after several posts with #Colts or #ColtsForged tags in Facebook posted I never get the 10 point credit.

Trying to save any Wallpaper Wednesday just crashes IndianapolisColts in my IPhone 11.

Doesn’t seem to be ANY support site either.

IndianapolisColts desperately needs to be updated! On game day specifically, when you open IndianapolisColts it crashes as soon as you try to go to any link. The score will not update until the game is over, and when you try to refresh it will either stay the same (showing the scheduled game time) or IndianapolisColts will shut down entirely. If you try to listen to the live feed it will not load, and the screen will stay blanks. You also can’t open up any article about injuries or game day lineup without it crashing. Please update IndianapolisColts soon!

I recently had my ticket purchased in a group transferred to me via Ticketmaster per the email. After trying again and again to log into my Ticketmaster account I finally realized that I had to create a Colts account to get the ticket. No where on the site was that mentioned or clearly stated. Regardless after researching how to get the tickets on my Ticketmaster app and account—which I already have—I saw that you MUST have the colts app to get access to the tickets. I don't want the colts app. I just want my tickets. Too bad. Confusing and annoying. Needs to be easier/more clear UI

IndianapolisColts used to be great but now it’s basically useless.

All of the text articles are not accessible when one clicks on the photo link at the main page. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both my iPhone AND iPad. Both devices have the same problem.

Clicking on the link for App Support within IndianapolisColts Store leads to a 404 page on the Colts website; so that was no help either.

Transferring tickets last week for the first time was rather challenging. 45 minutes prior to the start of the game and the transfer portal suddenly disappeared. When it finally came back I was only able to transfer 1 of 3 tickets.

I understand this is safer because there is no printing of tickets or hard copies anymore but I actually lost money last week because I was unable to use 3 of my 6 tickets.

It sure would be nice to be able to hear the questions being asked in any of the video interviews. It’s difficult listening to a one sided conversation. Need better audio controls. Plays over the top of my music and doesn’t save where you leave off in a 50 minute podcast.

I love IndianapolisColts must have for every Colts fan, but since the last update the season stat for the individual players are missing. Now going into the 2nd season without any players stats for the season.

I live outside the Indy market and I rely on the audio to listen to the games.. IndianapolisColts doesn’t always work when i try to listen live. It will stop mid stream and won’t start back up even after restarting IndianapolisColts and the audio doesn’t continue to play when i leave IndianapolisColts . I wish to be able to listen to the game while taking care of this. Things on my phone as well..

I love having IndianapolisColts to see the scores and stats since I don’t live in Indiana anymore. Every time I try to read an article, look at photos or even try to sign into the fanzone IndianapolisColts will close out an not let me read or watch what so want too. I rely on IndianapolisColts to keep me updated on my favorite team. When I first download IndianapolisColts several years ago it worked perfectly but not I am VERY limited on what I can view due to it closing out on everything.

The new version requires IOS 13 or newer which means I can’t use it on my iPhone 6. I have an iPhone X but like to keep the 6 around for use near the pool etc. Thus I can no longer use IndianapolisColts on the 6 (or on the 5 or the 4).

New version does not have rewards for discounts & sweepstakes entries but integration with Ticketmaster makes sense (won’t have to log in separately.) Excellent source for team news & notifications

Since May 11, 2021 I have been unable to accrue points for reading your articles and viewing photos and videos. I have logged on about every other day to view these sections and it has not added points. What is wrong here? Is it on my end or yours?

I had previously rated this lower due to significant issues with loading articles on my iPhone. I am happy to see that the latest updates have fixed all those problems and I can now read articles again. Everything else works fine. This is a good way to keep in touch with my Colts

I am a very big Colts fan and I always wanted something just for the Colts instead of everything else like the ESPN app. I know that you get to pick your team there but it just doesn’t always work. I am very glad that they made IndianapolisColts because only Colts are on it. Every other Colts fan should also be thankful because they get updates immediately.

So much information and interviews on IndianapolisColts. Many videos and articles that aren’t seen on many popular sports apps. If I want to find more about a coaching hire etc IndianapolisColts is great for it!

It’s game day and my app crashed last night and now it just errors out when I try to log in. Not sure how I’m going to log in to receive game day loyalty points! Luckily my fiancé has our tickets or I wouldn’t be able to get in either!!! IndianapolisColts needs serious help!

Please update the design and make the functionality for iPhone X users. It looks like an app from 2013... needs some improvement. However, the engineering behind it is effective. Very little bugs - just needs redesign and compatibility updates

Listening to the game, but then the audio just stopped. Restarted IndianapolisColts a dozen times, no audio stream. Restarted my phone, no audio stream. Was having an enjoyable time listening to the game, but due to some unforeseeable circumstance that’s no longer available to me. What a shame.

IndianapolisColts is insanely frustrating when listening to any audio source within IndianapolisColts . Controls don’t appear in the control center when you swipe down from the top right corner. Just incorporate audio controls into IndianapolisColts already... it’s painful if you’re listening to something and have to stop it half way through and have no way to get back to where you left off without listening to the whole first half again. Other than that that app is pretty good.

Why the hell can I only see the schedule for previous games and only next game? That’s ridiculous.

I can watch free live stream because of u go to other website or NFL apps u have to paid
