5 star user friendly and I like the color scheme.
Suggestion:
-Would love to see the split time between all shots in one screen without having to scroll.
-Increase the random start time. Make it like from 3 to 15 seconds.
Your max 4seconds is not enough to build anticipation drill errors, and your start time on zero seconds just ruins the drill because it starts really fast.
- A couple of more improvements and you can easily have a free version and maybe a couple of dollars charge for the full version.

If you start building a graph option to see progress over time and a few articles about drills that respected shooters have put together, or even small paragraphs about drill options , then you will really have something special.

Free app has par timer and random start delay. Both easy to set and reset. GunShotTimer has simple instructions. User friendly.

Works great for dry fire practice. Does not pick up the sound of dry firing. Not a problem, the par timer is what I need anyhow.

I typically use this for dry fire practice as the volume is easily controlled and it works very well for this. I use a dedicated shot timer for actual range use as it’s easier to hold the timer with the clip than my phone.

Would be 5 star but... you guys need to please fix the fact that you have to slide the button to stop the time... this makes tracking your over all drill time really inaccurate due to having to fumble the phone to slide the screen. Just make it a start/stop button or a slide to start time and button to end it.

Perfect dry fire tool, I have been using this for years now. A little iffy on the range, I wouldn’t recommend it for that (it’s free, you get what you pay for).

But if you really want to get better, this is a perfect little tool for at home. And it’s FREE!

I used to use GunShotTimer all the time flawlessly. Went to the range last week and it didn’t work once properly picking up shots from either my 38 snub nose or my 9mm compact. Tried fiddling with the sensitivity, moving where I set the phone l, put it in my breast pocket, nothing worked. Sometimes it would register no shots after 4 or 5 shots were fired, sometimes it would register more shots than were fired. Please fix GunShotTimer, it used to be the best training tool.

I've only had this apps for a very short while but it does what I want it to do. Works and picks up all shots with my iPhone 6plus. I'm shooting a CO2 bb pistol and with the sensitivity up it does not drop shots. I would like to see split times on the main page so -1 star, but I like it so far...

The seems like it could be a good app. The problem I'm having is that most of the time it doesn't register shots. That happens even with the microphone sensitivity turned all the way up. From reading all the reviews, it seems like this is a problem that was introduced with a previous upgrade and the company just doesn't want to fix it.

Too bad, this could be a really good app.

Finally found a shot timer that will work with my AEG Airsoft rifle. While I haven’t tried this on the run it works really well for draw and low/high ready drills. Crank the sensitivity up all the way and get your practice on.

Excited to try this time because of the features. It never registered the correct number of shots. Worked an hour with the sensitivity over the full scale. It either registered none- a couple of shots or way too many. Tried many different positions of the timer. Never worked as advertised. Great idea but woefully disappointing.

Used this for my electric airsoft m4 just to try it. Turned the sensitivity all the way up. I did not expect this to work at all and it worked perfectly.

This used to be a really good shot timer. But an upgrade or two ago, the start "beep" became inaudible with hearing protection (you can hardly hear it without protection), rendering it mostly useless. Reported the problem, no change. Shame. I'm off to try other apps.

This is a great no-nonsense app that I’ve been using to dry fire for the past couple years.

I can’t believe GunShotTimer gets poor reviews. It’s perfect to me. It’s very accurate and sensitive. It can even pick up airsoft guns. Great job.

This shot timer features a variable delayed start with option for random. Works flawlessly.

I cannot hear the start beep. Perhaps it is too high a frequency for my old ears. If it had a different selection of start sounds or frequencies I would be able to use it.

For a free application with no ads attached I have found GunShotTimer to be quite useful.

After fiddling with the sensitivity- got it to work flawlessly! It's simple and does what it needs to do!

Ease of use is good. Won’t pick up more than one shot, even when set to the most sensitive setting.

When i first got it work great, loved it. Not sure what happened but it no longer responds. Would love to get it working again.

I’d give it 4 stars if it worked with Bluetooth headphones. Using this on the range requires headphones. Of course you want to use headphones without wires so you don’t get your gun caught up in the wire. That’s precisely the scenario that doesn’t work. I connect Bluetooth headphones, and other apps work, but GunShotTimer still outputs to phone speaker.

I tried GunShotTimer two times and neither time did the program record anything. The first time was at moderate sensitivity and the second was with sensitivity maxed. 15 rounds of 9mm total with the timer about 1-2 feet from the muzzle. As others have stated, simply does not work.

Did not work when I downloaded it, read a lot of reviews that state it could be a sensitivity issue. Tried messing with the sensitivity and moving the phone closer and further but nothing worked. Do not download

I had GunShotTimer a few years ago and it worked well, just as good as any pocket shot timer, but now it doesn’t read any shots. I downloaded it on multiple devices and it’s GunShotTimer . It doesn’t work.

It simply doesn’t work. I don’t know what else to say as a review other than it doesn’t work. Didn’t start timing, didn’t pick and shots. It did nothing. It didn’t even crash, it just sat there and did nothing.
