Indianapolis Motor Speedway Reviews

I just want mobile tickets. IndianapolisMotorSpeedway is a massive pain to setup. Have to link IMS account to IndianapolisMotorSpeedway account. The website advertises IndianapolisMotorSpeedway to have a better experience. IndianapolisMotorSpeedway shows the same ad for itself. And when I get to checking out the mobile tickets option is grayed out with no explanation. Can only pay to have tickets mailed or pay to pick them up. Users want an app to handle mobile tickets. Whatever IMS paid for IndianapolisMotorSpeedway experience was too much.

Confusing and frustrating ticket purchase experience to say the least. Bought tickets online. Just want to add them to my digital wallet. Site doesn’t enable that and I have download the IMS app to access them, but I need to set up yet another account for IndianapolisMotorSpeedway ? Still trying to figure it out….

A much needed update to the old app. The interactive map is awesome. Can’t wait to use it at the track.

Followed all the instructions to be able to access the tickets on IndianapolisMotorSpeedway and still doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize the account or email. App is useless to me. Zero utility. Just wasted an hour of my time messing with it.

Going online, there is no issue signing in with my email/username and password, however IndianapolisMotorSpeedway does not recognize any of these credentials. IndianapolisMotorSpeedway is useless and people are better off just using website.

I really don’t understand IndianapolisMotorSpeedway. Why can you not buy tickets in app? Shouldn’t that be the focus of IndianapolisMotorSpeedway since IMS makes its money from tickets

I registered online for an IMS account, but is does not work on IndianapolisMotorSpeedway??? Please work on this!

I love Indy Car. I had to travel to south Bend on Saturday qualification day one. I’m 2 hours from Indy and I have had so much trouble finding qualifying. Even on the dang radio. I saw IMS mobile and got excited to watch qualifying. It’s not happening on IndianapolisMotorSpeedway. Pretty useless. Indy Car wants ratings to increase. I’m an Indianapolis native who for the most part are the viewers that drive ratings. I can’t stream it. Maybe I’m tech ignorant but it shouldn’t be so difficult. IMS app is simply a mobile memory user only. I will always support Indy Car by this is so frustrating.

The screen doesn't adjust or rotate on my iPad. Would like to see photos of the cars that are entered along with drivers names and numbers. No updates that I could find about pole day results 3 1/2 hours after the day closed. Whereas other Indy 500 apps had the results entered within minutes of the tracks closing. Map...yes...but no directions that I could find. Maybe over time IndianapolisMotorSpeedway will improve but for now I'll use the other apps relating to the Indy 500.

This is a great looking app, but it also provides a lot of useful information. Another great marketing job by the Speedway. I like the interface. it's very slick and elegant. IndianapolisMotorSpeedway is also very fast to load, unlike a lot of similar track apps.

IndianapolisMotorSpeedway looks great and having the schedule for the month of may in my phone is awesome! Also the news stories are cool to read and the photos are great to look at as well.

One should be able to click a button and see the pole sitter and the field behind them (via mobile). Also, up to date in race info is an idea. To be fair, the latter may be in the works. We'll know tomorrow.

The initializing thing froze the first time, but it worked on a second try.

I can't really review IndianapolisMotorSpeedway because it doesn't work at all. I'm not even sure what it's supposed to do. The home screen says "choose an event" but there are no buttons to select. Repeated tapping brings an "upgrade now" message which launches a website and asks for personal information. IndianapolisMotorSpeedway is obviously not ready for distribution.

IndianapolisMotorSpeedway gives me a list of daily events but no info about who they are for or any description. When there was a serious weather delay there was no where to get that info. Today it did not even show gate opening time. For a class act that IMS should be this is a pretty weak representation.

I can’t get IndianapolisMotorSpeedway to do the initial sync. It just sits there and spins.

No updates in 2 years. It appears that IndianapolisMotorSpeedway is no longer being supported. There hasn’t been a constant and recent version upgrades to stay with the changing technology. So sad. I had high hopes that this would be a great app to have on race day. Sigh.

Nice looking App, probably geared toward selling tickets, I must be missing the Starting Line-up Page, Race Team Info, but at least I have a Schedule...I must need the IndyCar App.

Your Apple either your vetting process has failed are you no longer do that to apps. IndianapolisMotorSpeedway does not work and from the previous reviews it apparently never has.

To the creators of IndianapolisMotorSpeedway, you need to find another line of work

Great to see a good quality IMS app. Agree live scoring/times would be nice.

Like IndianapolisMotorSpeedway . Easy to use only downfall is that the results do not update during qualifications. Would like to see results as they change through out the day. Still show last years.
