The bridge that has the connectivity cord (small black with Filmin hand on it) has broken off inside the bridge. While cleaning the desk, I noticed the cord was not in well. I heard a small metal piece shaking inside. The number on the back of the bridge is CE ID S18111904904, FCC ID 2A2P2P-13713847177. The number under the bar code is: MAC 3009FD27C36. How to fix Filmin app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Filmin app on iPhone
Update Filmin app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Filmin iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Filmin on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Filmin network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Filmin Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Filmin not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Filmin App
1. On android, goto Settings » Filmin » click [Force Stop]

Update Filmin to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Filmin App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Filmin » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Filmin.

Fix Filmin unable to contact server/ Filmin internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Filmin » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Filmin » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Filmin
