When I put in my budget and I go to add a transaction from that budget it adds to the transaction even though I marked it as an expense. It removes from the budget when I add a transaction as income. That completely does not make sense and I've been sitting here messing with it for almost an hour trying to make sure that I wasn't doing something wrong. I am positive I know the difference between income and expense and BestBudget has it flip-flopped in the way it shows where and how money is being spent and how much u have left. Very frustrated I spent this much time on it.
This started off as enjoyable and easy to use. However the longer you have BestBudget the more ads and pop ups (yes pop ups) start interfering with using BestBudget . It gets to the point that upon initially opening BestBudget , it goes straight to an add before you can even view your account
Itβs making us buy the full version after using it π€
I loved BestBudget years ago when it was basic and simple. Now it has to many adds!
The ads are ruining BestBudget. There's a new one that plays loudly after I've entered BestBudget , while I'm trying to input information. The noise continues in the background and there is no way to stop it other than by closing BestBudget .
My budget for previous month is missing all of a sudden! Why is it deleted and how to retrieve it back!! Pls assist!
A straight forward interface and feature set. not complicated. however BestBudget needs to implement a grouping or category function so that similar transactions can be viewed together and tallied.
I have been searching for a good app to keep track of my spending in certain categories and have tried many many apps. This one was by far the easiest to use and the best layout for what I wanted. It doesn't have everything I wanted as I can't put in a starting dollar amount, but it came closer than the rest.
I searched through a ton of budget apps before finally deciding to give this one a try. I'm so glad I did! It is amazingly easy to use. I just set up my separate budget categories, then when I'm out shopping I enter the total in the appropriate category. It show me at a quick glance how much I have left, how much I've spent, and how much I started with in each category. This is already saving me big $$$ on overdraft fees, since I loathe using a checkbook and couldn't keep track of my spending needs!!
I've tried Fudget, Goodbudget and Mint and they may be all good and stuff because I've downloaded them thinking their high ratings would meet my expectations, but no they did not. Best Budget is very simplified and it's mainly for my mom, she's old and I needed a budget app for making things SIMPLE and as far as simplicity goes, this is BestBudget for her. She can now manage well here balances, income and expenses very well. BestBudget is amazing if you're looking for simplicit, then BestBudget is especially for that. Another good thing about BestBudget is it doesn't ask you for an account (sign in) or (sign up). I hate doing those things, too many passwords and stuff. I just love how simple BestBudget is. Five stars alwaysπππππ

Great for setting budget goals, easy to use when you just want to track your spending. No unnecessary sign ups with other online services, really love the strip down simple version. Its almost like tracking it on paper!

I've tried a LOT of other apps, I found this one simple to use and it has all the items I need to keep track of my income and expenses. I'll be downloading the paid version this week.
