Well I used to love this app. It is now so outdated that Apple is telling me it will slow my device down because it's so old. Shame on you guys. This used to be an awesome app. I still use it but like they have said it no longer syncs. My work around is to sync with iPhone and iPad calendars. I use the task and planning and notes in my iPad only. But wish they would work like they used to.
I have been waiting for this app since iPad came out. I have been a Daytimer/Franklin Covey user for years. I wanted an app that did tasks, appointments, projects and contacts in one app. The only reason this does not get a 5 is that contacts and projects are not in this. But I know projects has been requested and I hope contacts will be also. I know iCloud is coming very soon but this app is awesome and well worth it and can't beat the price. I have tired many and paid much more then the current price and this app kicks all of their butts. Thanks team for an awesome app. I have already sold 6 people on this app for you. I am a computer tech and minister as well and have been showing this and demoing this to just about everyone I know.

You will be wasting your money if you purchase this. I used the Lite version for 4 months and liked it except for its limited entry restrictions. So I upgraded to the pro. I spent $17 getting the apps for Mac, iPhone, iPad. I wanted to be able to synch all of the devices. I did this in spite of all of the warnings listed in the reviews about all of the synching problems. That was stupid.
Once I installed all of the apps I could not synch the devises on a regular and reliable basis. It is hit and miss.....mostly miss. This is a total waste of your money.
I emailed the developer that I wanted a refund. That ain't gonna happen !!! I had tried everything they recommended in all of their documentation. Nothing made it work. It only made it worse. I tried deleting and reinstalling the apps numerous times. I spent an entire morning working with it.
Heed the warnings. It doesn't work and they are charging a hefty price for the trouble and are keeping the money.
I'm adding to my previous review. This app is a constant problem. For over a year it has had nothing but glitches almost every time I open it. Don't buy this. The developer can't seem to have anything but problems with the app.

Is this now Abandonware?
The sync is still not working. I have never had my iPad, iPhone and Mac in sync for an entire day! For those of us that invested our record keeping in Opus Domini it's a disaster. This is an isolated program with no way to export all of my notes and records.
Thanks a lot Piso13.

This is the heir to Pocket Informant's market. As PI stumbles with upgrade failures and continuous feature creep, this app provides a clean, easy-to-use calendar and task management system based on Franlin-Covey.
The only problems I have noted are...
(1) the notes don't scroll up as you add more so your current typing is hidden by the keyboard.
(2) entries into the Master Task details often disappear
I'm looking toward to an iCloud connection to Apple's tasks. I hope that's what these folks are doing because just an iCloud backup sends me back to 2do. I need the task sync to link to Outlook on my company PC; so far, only 2do got it (almost) right.
