Cashword allows me to log in but once I double and triple check the numbers/letters to actually replay my losing games I am completely unable to hit the actual submit button which allows me replay my losing tickets. I’ve tried turning my phone off and back on. I’ve tried deleting Cashword and redownloading Cashword entirely but for well over a week it still won’t allow me to enter my games. Super sad about this.

Entered my game and tickets number, App freezes on screen showing where to get information. Tried deleting App and reloading 3 times, same thing happens. Tried on my iPad and iPad mini, same thing occurs. Cannot even scroll up or down on the screen. I even have up to date IOS software. Very frustrating.

I tried submitting an actual ticket and played through until the end but nothing happened. No notification. Nothing. It just sat there like I still had letters to reveal. Garbage.

I bought a $10 ticket and lost and tried to get the second chance game. Not only did the second chance game not work, Michigan lotto banned my account for 2 days for “trying to use invalid codes”. Im done with this michigan wow...
Cashword always glitches, the prizes are never explained to you (even when you win), and customer support wasn’t much help either. Save your time and don’t even bother downloading it.
It won't submit losing this app tickets, says its not valid. Won't let me play for prizes, just takes me to the page to put in losing card codes. Unhappy. this app game is fun even though I win 2.00 coupon and can't claim it.
Cashword will get a lot better with an entry code reader. Typing all those letters and numbers is tiresome.
Main complaint is an issue with the volume. You don't have the option outside of challenge mode to mute the volume, and I can never turn the volume off in any other mode. The clicking is just too loud.
I have a lot of cards to put in and typing the codes out is very time consuming. Can you add the barcode scanner like on the Michigan lottery app? Thank you.
Like to play second chance games on it but the ap has not been updated since 2014 so may have to stop using it.
Great way to use my loser this app instant tickets. Won several instant ticket coupons and lots of reward points. Play For Fun option is cool too.
It has good game play. Won first time. Just wished I won that easy for real!
