I tried to order a meal and use my credit card. I have always paid by credit card but now there is no option. I have a new card. I added the details but now I have two cards so I need to delete the old card. Then of course I need to find out why yyour system is not accepting my new card. My card works everywhere else so it must be your system failing. Neither on the website now the app is there a section called payment methods so you can make these updates. Are you planning to only take cash in future? I need you to confirm so that I can use another company.

This is probably the first time I have ever been compelled to write a review for an application I installed. At first, apart from some basic bugs, everything appeared to be working fine. However, once I started placing my orders is where everything went down hill. Once the grocery’s were picked up, the delivery men drive around for 30 minutes doing who knows what to your food, then when they arrive, covid-19 protocol is not being followed. Furthermore, the groceries came incomplete. Those 5 bananas, 3 beers, and chocolate bar you ordered? NAH! They only bring half of it. So when you file a report saying that your products did not arrive, they say sorry and send you a coupon to further use it in their application. This application is an atrocity to modern technology and the company should be shut down for not only a sub par service, but for the thievery masterminds behind this cartel of delinquents. 10/10 would not recommend this pile of trash of an application and service.

The app is buggy and prone to crashing. Menus won’t load reliably. Menus have unnecessary age restrictions for looking at a hamburger.
Getting a driver is unreliable. I have twice now in two weeks sat and waited for a driver to accept, for 30 minutes, when the food was certainly prepared. Reassign the driver after 2 minutes if they don’t accept. Simple fix.
When ordering from a grocery store, there is no guarantee you’ll get all your items, and no way to get a refund for missing items. The driver replaces items as they see fit. We got lucky that it was only one item. Take notes from instacart here.
Finally — it is impossible to pay in the app with a credit card. The web pay is a very buggy solution and takes a full minute to load. Consider integrating with Apple Pay.

I’ve been a customer of Pedisosya since the change from Appetito24 and have placed hundreds of orders. Recently, after a trip to the USA and replacement of my phone, using the app won’t accept any credit card of mine. It’s so annoying and I can’t imagine how others might feel when customer service just replies with an email that is written from a script. No care! No genuine help! Very disappointing!
