How to fix SunMap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SunMap app on iPhone
Update SunMap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SunMap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SunMap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SunMap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SunMap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SunMap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SunMap App
1. On android, goto Settings » SunMap » click [Force Stop]

Update SunMap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SunMap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SunMap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SunMap.

Fix SunMap unable to contact server/ SunMap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SunMap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SunMap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SunMap
