This app sends me texts about a child that isn't mine seeing as how I don't have kids. Then, they don't have any way to contact them to let them know. For 2 weeks I've been getting these texts. Watch out because you don't know who may get this info.

They did an update recently and it is awful. Everything that they changed made logging things harder. You can’t easily scroll through each child’s info you have to select the child then deselect before moving to the next one where before I could just push an arrow to get to the next child. You have to deselect a child before changing to a different child where before what ever child I clicked, it took you to that child’s logged info. This is causing us to log stuff on both children’s info when not trying to. They used to have a number in the bottom corner to tell you how many kids you had logged in which helped know your number a lot but they got rid of that. There is so much more extra clicking now that I don’t have time for. Glad we are switching to a different app soon.

We had Tad pools app prior to our kids school switching over to this lame excuse for an app. So first off all the things you like and enjoy about Tadpools app will never exist in kid reports. My two year old probably could have designed and built a better app than this company. It’s antiquated at best. It’s not user friendly. Your pictures and videos look like they were taken on an iPhone 3. It’s horrible.
But it’s cheap. It’s soooo much cheaper for the school using it and they don’t care since it’s benefits the school not the parents.
If you have any say so before your school switches to this app stop them. Plead with them. Tell them to charge you more money. You will not like this app in the least and will regret losing access to whatever app you use now.

Writing a review is perhaps not quite useful as most of us don’t have a choice in using this app - it’s what fits in with our daycare’s system.
Getting daily and detailed updates is great but this app will be almost as frustrating as taking care of a two year old yourself.
The app is slow and confusing to use. It does not follow many recommended iOS HMI guidelines - it feels like it is written either using a bad generic app framework (instead of natively) or by a very inexperienced developer.
Secondly, every update brings new bugs. At the latest redesign they switched where things were placed in the app. Messages showed up on top of each other. An update came a few days later but currently messages view only displays the first line of a message - still making the app completely useless. The developer does not seem to do a good job at release testing.
Right now I don’t hope this app will improve - I hope my kids will grow up so that I don’t have to use it anymore.
