I have been having issues with the app for the last couple of weeks. One day it works and the next it will not. I tried to use yesterday (May 10) as well as today (May 11) and it does not work. It said there was an update which I did but that did not make a difference. App opens but does not allow ordering or anything else.
Its not working, it logged me out after i made an order. I just updated it today too
My app worked just fine until I was notified to update my Chick Fil A app. I did so and have had nothing but problems. My account is definitely there and I get notification to log in, which I do but then cannot access the menu, my transactions, etc. Occasionally the log in will give me access, but it is random and infrequent. I have uninstalled the app, uninstalled my account, contacted Chick Fil A support - nothing works. I reset my network settings, I have cleared out my history cache, etc. This is incredibly frustrating.
I can open can’t order……..
I can open and log in to my Chick-fil-A app, but I cannot order food, get to the menu.
