ZendeskSell used to be very user-friendly, effective and efficient at managing the pipeline when it was Base. Never had an issue and customer service was fast, very helpful, effective and efficient. I noticed since it became Zendesk Sell, it’s become labor-intensive and inefficient using it, even to do something so simple as adding a note or an appointment to a lead. ZendeskSell keeps reverting back to old information when a change is made and the call logs, which are supposed to be automatic, only log automatically about 50% of the time; the remainder of the time I have to log calls manually. Additionally, ZendeskSell keeps freezing. I have brought all this to the attention of service, have gone back and forth trying to resolve the issue with them a series of times, and the best answer I’ve gotten so far is basically that they’ll get to it. That was months ago and the issues are still there. I have logged out and back in, deleted and added ZendeskSell again multiple times over the last few months and the issues remain.
