Get it together!!! Misspelled words in articles and the wrong pictures with articles. Too many ads, too.

The latest upgrade was a serious mistake. Many user features were removed. The previous version allowed the user to select news from local areas such as their county or select sports, etc. The latest upgrade removed all capability to select your county for local news. All news is posted in a single scrolling feed that scrambles news, sports, human interest stories, and weather all together. This used to be my go-to news app, but since the latest upgrade it is definitely the worst news app I've seen for my local area. Luckily, I had not upgraded it in iTunes and was able to reload the old version back onto my phone. Bottom line, don't waste your time downloading WMAR2NewsBaltimore. Find another local news app such as Fox 45.

This is one of the most annoying apps. They'll give you the headline, but to access the actual story or info, you must complete a survey. I just want the news. If the creators removed this feature, it could possibly be a 4-5 star app. As it stands now, I've deleted it. There are better local news apps available.

When the top five stories are not local, what’s the point of having WMAR2NewsBaltimore? Nothing on the current flooding happening here in the metro area, but I can find out about some guy arrested in Arizona. Too many fluff/sensationalist pieces to be any use to me. I have other national news sites for these purposes and I just need to access local news quickly. Sadly WMAR2NewsBaltimore is not a good option for this in my opinion.

The amount of ads displayed is insane. The only way to remove ads is to pay up to $9.99/year not just a one time small fee. Additionally there are ads that auto play when opening stories. Not sure when the news app became so ad intensive.

One more app that has been FIXED for those with no attention span and actual use for various aspects of the news.

Your traffic feature was the best in the Baltimore metro area. I used it religiously before leaving work and going on trips. Knowing how the traffic was flowing relieved a lot of stress as I drove twice a week during rush hour to drive from Harford Cty to Bethesda for my brother's chemo.
I also liked the way news was broken down by county. I deleted the other local news apps because they were inefficient and unreliable; you have now joined the ranks.

I can't quite figure out what the value of WMAR2NewsBaltimore is now; but based on similar post "down-date" reviews we'll see if you value the opinions of your audience.

Just deleted it. Of all the Baltimore news apps I found this to be the most intuitive and least intrusive. The latest update is an irritant. Now I get stuck without a way to get back to the main page and hit with multiple ads as I try to navigate out. So goodbye to that. The desire for revenue clearly supersedes the desire to build a strong viewer base. Dumb.

What a shame. You had such a wonderful app that allowed you to look at the weather other than Baltimore. And it was easy to use. We are not a big state but weather on the eastern shore is not the same as Baltimore. Your new app doesn't allow you to include your location or even locations you may be visiting. Not as user friendly. You have to do so much just to get to the traffic sections you want to look at. I use to show this to everyone. Now I will be discontinuing it to find something better. Bad move.

I love this station. It’s the only one I watch. I wish they would change the stories on the website a little more, gets boring seeing the same one for days.

Most up to date news source for local and nationwide events as well as great videos of news topics .

Everything is at your fingertips whether it be news, weather, sports, traffic, etc. WMAR2NewsBaltimore functions perfectly.

I love Kelly and Jamie . They are 2 news anchors who offer an excellent alternative to the other stations . They are always sincere and they are not there to impress us with who they are when it comes to their talent as journalists. This makes them the best journalists . They take time to explain the news . They are truly one of us ! ❤️

This is a solid news app. It's easy to navigate is up-to-date with breaking news and weather and the videos are easy to access. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for Baltimore news.

WMAR2NewsBaltimore is a decent one. My only complaint is the stories repeat themselves on the history and seem very short on context. All in all it’s a good way to get local news for Baltimore.

Easy to use and all the right information

I lived in Maryland 23 years before moving to Washington state and I miss TV from Charm City. Having apps from Ch. 2 and other stations keeps me in touch with Bawlmer, hon. 😀

It’s very informative and always up on all stories...I watch them on Tv and Computer and my Smart Phone!

WMAR2NewsBaltimore is simple, intuitive, user friendly, and clean. I couldn't ask for a better app to learn about the community.
