How to fix Twoo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Twoo app on iPhone
Update Twoo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Twoo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Twoo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Twoo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Twoo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Twoo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Twoo » click [Force Stop]

Update Twoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Twoo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Twoo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Twoo.

Fix Twoo unable to contact server/ Twoo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Twoo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Twoo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
