How to fix ActiFry app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ActiFry app on iPhone
Update ActiFry app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ActiFry iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ActiFry on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ActiFry network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ActiFry app issues:

Force Stop the ActiFry App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ActiFry app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ActiFry to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ActiFry App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ActiFry app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ActiFry.

Fix ActiFry unable to contact server/ ActiFry internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ActiFry » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ActiFry » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ActiFry on android.
