Deserves no stars. Tried to use BNYWealthOnline a few times to check my BNY accounts. Can only hope BNY is watching my money better than it is developing apps as BNYWealthOnline literally has never worked for me once after several attempts over the course of a few weeks.
Another successful step in BNY Mellonβs campaign to alienate and discourage personal banking customers. While the old app was tolerable, this one makes it nearly impossible to deposit checks using iPad and makes navigation much worse.
Sub-optimal user experience. Navigation is poor. No options to toggle to view returns by % gain ...only by $. App often hangs...but I suppose it's a start.
Recent banking enhancements are great. Does everything I need it to do! And well!
