Bought iSafe Play, filled it with files over years, no ads. One day ads came back like I had only the free version, no way to correct even after updates. A while later, half content of albums is gone. Get prompt to “Upgrade to Pro” — bite the bullet and buy in hopes that it will “fix” the issue. Ends up not even being the same app — “iSafe Pro” which is just another app without your content in it. So you have now been suckered twice. No support to be found at all. THIEF
I’ve downloaded the lite then purchase the isafe pro to remove the ads and save more files. After updating I’m still having that annoying ads while video is playing and to remove it I need to purchase the application which I already paid for.
iSafePlay worked great for about a year, then it highjacked my files. I supposedly could not access them unless I paid for the upgrade version.
Tried to see if there were regular upgrades to iSafePlay and even after doing that, still no luck getting my passwords.
Last week suddenly I couldn’t access my passwords. The watch ads (silly cheap game ads for 5-10 sec.) was and has been replaced by *Upgrade to Pro*. After frustratingly cycling through this for a few days, I shelled out the .99c to upgrade, yet I still can’t access my passwords. Previously half of my passwords disappeared. As soon as I gain access to my passwords I will be using a different method for safely storing them.
It asks me to watch an ad to see the rest of my downloads, but it doesn’t show any ads and I can’t see the rest of my downloads. Please fix the bug.
How to recover my password and email. Coz everytime i click the contacts it crash.
