Strib App. on Samsung Android keeps crashing and doesn't open. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. What do I do next?
This app is next to useless. Constant crashing. Haven’t been able to read paper in the iPhone app for multiple days. Yes. I have rebooted over and over.
App demands log in then alternates between closing or saying password is wrong.
You would think the Strib IT people could produce an app that doesn't freeze and/or crash 100% of the time on my Samsung Galaxy 10+ cell. I will never subscribe to print - a dying method - and I do not read it on my PC. If the NY Times can do it so can you. It's why I cancelled my subscription. What is going on a Strib that you cannot do this?
If I go to the startribune.com website I often can’t access content only getting a 400 error. If I use the app I often can’t read reader comments only getting the error message - network error. These problems come and go. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone 13 pro max to no avail.
