This app is next to useless. Constant crashing. Haven’t been able to read paper in the iPhone app for multiple days. Yes. I have rebooted over and over.

You would think the Strib IT people could produce an app that doesn't freeze and/or crash 100% of the time on my Samsung Galaxy 10+ cell. I will never subscribe to print - a dying method - and I do not read it on my PC. If the NY Times can do it so can you. It's why I cancelled my subscription. What is going on a Strib that you cannot do this?

If I go to the startribune.com website I often can’t access content only getting a 400 error. If I use the app I often can’t read reader comments only getting the error message - network error. These problems come and go. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone 13 pro max to no avail.
