Why do all of the new versions on iPad and iPhone lack R404A and R22? Two of the most common refrigerants around. Otherwise it would be a five star product.
Since the recent release, when I open RefTools , it immediately shuts off. No longer usable. Is it because it now requires most recent iOS? I have 15.6.1 on iPhone 8.
Might need an update for current iOS. I can’t change refrigerant from R134a.
I used your app a lot for the ammonia R-717 slider, but now I can not find it anymore. Did you remove it?
When I tap on RefTools , Ref Tools app flashes up and disappears all within about a second. It works on my iPad but not on my iPhone. It is a nice app but I wish it would work on my iPhone.
Will not save on my phone Home Screen have to open RefTools Store ever time I want you use it
Last update removed r22, 410a, and 407c. Is it hiding somewhere? It was a 5 star app until that.
Application is useful and easy to use! However, the scale did not go low enough for what I needed. Was trying to see R-123 less than 40F, and the scale did not go into a deep enough vacuum.
Works great, except it doesn't go into a vacuum on the scale which is a problem for me.
Works good for a quick p/t chart. A setting for high altitude (5000+ft) would be nice though.
App won’t open on iPhone. It used to work good and suddenly every time I try to open it, it crashes. Please fix it!!
Although I would like to see R-11 in the next update. Also R-123 only goes down to 40 degrees.

*current update deleted all favorites: delete app from phone and re-download(or get off of cloud). This fixes it.
I’ve been using RefTools for a long time and really like it never had any issues until now. I was looking up the saturation temperature for an r134a wine unit which had a 21° suction pressure and RefTools says it is -0.34°, which is incorrect.
Can you fix this please?
Remove & reinstall from phone fixed missing refrigerants (thanks for fast reply from support). Excellent program - has everything needed for field work. Minor issue: scrolling R's a little sluggish on selection list.
I just learned so many things by downloading it and taking a look at RefTools , unfortunately there is not alot of residential AC and it would be so helpful if there was more information about that too, like the troubleshooter but converted for Residential & Commercial. Overall is a great idea for an App like this that’s why 5 Stars
I can no longer open RefTools. I do not know what is wrong but RefTools will not open. Help.

Best PT chart app available for iPhone and believe me I’ve tried them all. Easily slide through P&R and change between dew and bubble at the flip of a switch. Lots of refrigerants
