Contact iTunes Movie Trailers Support

I like the trailers functionality itself but the feature which would be most helpful is the favorites feature where you can save a movie you want to see for later but this has never worked for me on iPhone. I can add movies to favorites but can never retrieve them. I just get the spinny icon like it is trying to update but it never does. This has been happening for years over all three of my iPhones. Apparently Apple does not test this feature or you would think they would have found that out. I would absolutely love the app if this worked.

I love this app and have used it for many years, but there is ALWAYS some sort of bug that prevents me from using the app correctly. The content is usually way behind the times in terms of other trailers already out. The search function is absolutely useless…does not even show a single livid when searching anything. Lastly, the one thing that could make this app better would be an AppleTV+ integration that would allow me to watch my favorites movies through the AppleTV app.

Probably from around the time of covid when you go to the search option and search something whether you type it or use Siri it will not display whatever you search. Then when searching movie times it will bring up the theaters around me BUT it will not display any times and that is either on the Apple TV or on the iPhone. Assuming they have not updated anything for awhile!
