Site changes are a big improvement

I love having my local news in a separate app, as it’s guaranteed relevant to me, but navigating inside 13ONYOURSIDENews can be a tad frustrating unless you’re only interested in the “featured stories.”

Also, the weather section is slow to load and I’d rather not have to download the separate weather app for basic radar functionality.

We need to hear more about Muskegon! We feel like shirttail relations ! We have a lot going on and it is not mentioned. A lot the stories about the wonderful works, and the people that do them go unnoticed. These stories are not unlike those of Grand Rapids . Take a closer look at Us!

The preciseness of the reporting is appreciated. Sometimes the timing is a bit later which may be a factor of trying to cover more than can be reported quickly. Overall a worthy source of West Mich news and weather.

This news app does well in giving local news and easy to navigate. I would recommend it.

Your reports are always letting the public know what is going on in our areas🤗

We no longer live in West Michigan but own property there. Also have lots of family there, so we are interested in what is happening there.

I have always been very happy with TV 13 News!

The new app is difficult to maneuver through. I’ve tried numerous ways to advance through the “Local News” articles, I end up on the weather page or back to the top of the “Home” section. The whole app is too busy and is not a simple way to get my news. I will be using the Wood 8 app and the Fox 17 app for my local news. I’m in my 40s and very computer/app literate. This new app design is terribly confusing.

The old app was much more user friendly. If I can’t figure out how to use 13ONYOURSIDENews and am somewhat tech savvy, how are my aging parents supposed to figure it out? Where can I find the school closings? Where is the search option? So many of he good features are missing. I think I’ll delete 13ONYOURSIDENews and just use the website until they fix it and make it functional again.

Great access to news quick an easy . On time notifications!

I love the WZZM13 TV team and app. They are my home for local news, whether on 13ONYOURSIDENews or while watching the morning news.

I appreciate reading the important and up to date weather and news. If I want more detail I can always google another source. Ch 13 is concise and pretty accurate.

There are so many ads constantly popping up that it is almost impossible to read any news articles. They go full screen automatically, blocking the articles. The also could do a better job of shrinking the initial size of the articles so you don’t have to scroll constantly because you can only see one at a time.

App crashes on opening. Closing app and reopening several times eventually gets to the home page but crashes constantly when trying to browse through it.

iPhone X and latest updates.... 13ONYOURSIDENews needs serious work on functionality. The website is ultimately where I have to go for their news.

I have 13ONYOURSIDENews. I used to get weather, news and school closing alerts. Now I only get occasional news alerts. WHY WHY WHY? I don’t even care about news alerts, but I need school and weather alerts. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 13ONYOURSIDENews and that hasn’t helped. Any ideas? Can't you fix this issue? I’ve resorted to using a competitor’s app to get the weather and school closings. Ugh.

Very accurate and always updates. Has good writers and I like reading it. Makes it so I don't have to take the time to stop and watch the news.

I’ve had 13ONYOURSIDENews for a while now . My notifications are daily and informative . Top stories .

13ONYOURSIDENews does NOT work! It simply freezes.
I delete 13ONYOURSIDENews and re-install it at least 2 or 3
times per week. I’v tried shutting down my
iPhone 11 and restarting with the same freezing issue. I have removed and re-installed it TWICE today. I want to be hopeful it will work, but am giving up. BAH! Please fix 13ONYOURSIDENews!

I have always liked WZZM! We began watching WZZM when it came Grand Rapids, and it has continued to be our favorite television station.

You seem to attract good people to work for you (and your viewers).

New update does not include water temperatures, and is choppy. Scrolling jumps around and is constantly loading ads, very disruptive. I’ll give it a couple days, but will remove if it doesn’t improve.

I liked the old app better. This one is too confusing and hard to find what you are actually looking for. I tend to get frustrated and give up.

I used to like 13ONYOURSIDENews , but lately when I am reading an article, the ad at the bottom of the page starts up and I have to X out of it.. it happens more than once.. Hope you can fix that..

As a parent one of the main things I want from news app is closings. The ads make it hard to even find the closings and they seem to get them way after other Chanels. I’m deleting 13ONYOURSIDENews today.

13ONYOURSIDENews design seems to have more ads and not enough news. Consider adding more content rather than ads.
