New App
The new app is difficult to maneuver through. I’ve tried numerous ways to advance through the “Local News” articles, I end up on the weather page or back to the top of the “Home” section. The whole app is too busy and is not a simple way to get my news. I will be using the Wood 8 app and the Fox 17 app for my local news. I’m in my 40s and very computer/app literate. This new app design is terribly confusing.

Difficult
The old app was much more user friendly. If I can’t figure out how to use this app and am somewhat tech savvy, how are my aging parents supposed to figure it out? Where can I find the school closings? Where is the search option? So many of he good features are missing. I think I’ll delete the app and just use the website until they fix it and make it functional again.

Too many ads
There are so many ads constantly popping up that it is almost impossible to read any news articles. They go full screen automatically, blocking the articles. The also could do a better job of shrinking the initial size of the articles so you don’t have to scroll constantly because you can only see one at a time.
