Not only is NewLookFashionOnline poorly organized, it has tiny little thumbnails of models in the clothes. They are poor quality pictures, and you can barely see any details of the item. With all that aside, I still love their products and would would still like to purchase them, BUT NewLookFashionOnline WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. Not with PayPal or a credit card. There is a weird glitch that will not allow me to purchase anything. And good luck with customer services Bc they will never answer you!

NewLookFashionOnline never loads anything. Like two things load then you can’t see anything else. Fix it. It’s the slowest app I’ve ever used.

It consistently logs me out and will produce an error message each time you try to sign in. Impossible to save items when you can’t get access to your account half the time.

I love the look of NewLookFashionOnline and it’s easy to navigate. My issue is that it’s very annoying when I’m trying to shop a look, select a product to view and then when I go back to the list of products, it takes me back up to the very top. Please fix this because it often frustrates me to the point where I give up on shopping altogether. Also, please allow us to change the currency.

Love this website so I was pleasantly surprised to find out there is an app, as most of my favorite online stores do not. After I downloaded it I was happy to see all of my items saved in my wish list were still there 😊
So far, so good!!
